I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience working with your company. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing supplier interactions I have encountered in my professional career.
From the onset, both your branch and corporate divisions demonstrated an alarming lack of accountability and customer support. When issues were raised, they were consistently dismissed or inadequately addressed. It took over two months to receive an order of windows, and the initial delivery contained incorrect items. Despite multiple attempts to arrange an exchange, the matter was disregarded entirely.
Given the urgency of my situation—holes in my home and a newborn in the house—I was forced to place a second order and paid for express delivery. That promised delivery date passed with no communication from your team. After spending an entire morning attempting to reach someone, I was finally informed by the branch manager that the order was not shipped and would be delayed another week.
During this ordeal, I made numerous attempts to secure refunds or exchanges to rectify the inconvenience and repeated errors. Rather than take ownership, both Beacon and the window supplier engaged in a frustrating cycle of passing emails and offering no meaningful resolution.
What is most upsetting is that my family, including a newborn, had to endure this avoidable situation. And now that the correct windows are finally installed, the quality is shockingly substandard. Key materials such as screens and hardware were missing, factory silicone was smeared across the glass, and the windows themselves do not function properly—failing to lock in place and sliding down when opened.
This entire experience has been unacceptable on every level—from logistical failure to product quality and, most notably, customer service. As a result, I will no longer be using Beacon as a supplier for any of my building material needs moving forward, nor will I recommend your services to any of my professional contacts.
I strongly urge you to reevaluate your internal processes and supplier partnerships to prevent future occurrences like this.

This place is great. They have a lot of room, the people Very friendly and they get you unloaded fast. Turn as if you're going to Food Lion, then go past the grocery store all the way to the end of this side street and it's on the left.
