I once gave 5 stars, but politely mentioned a personal opinion about something unrelated to the salon on one occasion and was treated differently after that. Saw the owner actually *roll her eyes* at my stylist as I was speaking on one visit (!) - guess she didn't realize I could see her in the mirror. The stylist was really good, but will never go back because of this seriously rude and unprofessional behavior.

Amazing establishment. I first started going here in 2014. Was my go to place for everything. Unfortunately I moved Maryland, so I lost touch for a couple years. I have rediscovered this place now that I am back in the Stafford area and very, very pleased. It's great to come back and have someone who uderstands curly hair, listens, and is over all amazing quality and service.

Chrissy does a fabulous job with my daughter's curly hair. It always looks so healthy after a fresh trim! And she doesn't mind if I pepper her with questions about my own locks while we are there. This is the only place we've had her hair cut; so glad a friend recommended Blueprint a couple years back! ?

I felt very comfortable the minute I walked into the salon. Chrissy was easy to talk to and really listened to what I wanted. I got the exact color and cut that I wanted. I just moved to the area and am very happy I picked this salon

They take time to not only understand their client's needs, but to help them journey toward those bolder fashion statements that often intimidate. Sarah is one of the few experts in doing micropoint links, a great way to thicken up thinning hair. The salon is really nice and super clean. Sarah is very customer focused. I love this place!!!!!

Chrissy was incredible! She fixed an extension nightmare that a previous salon/stylist had done to my hair, & she did an incredible job. This was a serious task & she not only took the time needed to help me, but she did it on her day off & on her own time. As a business owner myself, this type of customer service is simply priceless. I will for sure be sticking with Blueprint Salon permanently!

I found this salon via online and made an appointment with Chrissy. Boy was I glad to come to this place, Chrissy greeted me. she's super friendly and warm. She listened to my hair problem. We talked about how to fix it etc. Her energy and her performance as a hairstylist made me feel so comfortable, even though I was a new customer here she made me feel like i was her returning clients. Chrissy Thank You for your outstanding customer service, I can't wait for my next appointment.
