My experience with Bominin Chevrolet Manassas has been nothing but manipulative and dishonest. First, they sold me a vehicle with bald, unsafe tires that should have never passed Virginia state inspection — a clear disregard for customer safety.
On top of that, they promised me a second key at the time of sale, but then forced me to sign a sheet declining Bomnin Care before I could even leave with the car. Later, when I went back for the key they agreed to provide, they flat-out refused. This is nothing but high-pressure tactics and bait-and-switch games designed to trap customers.
General Sales Manager Ivan Micheletti and his team act unprofessional and show zero accountability. Once they get your signature, they no longer care about you or the promises they made.
If you value honesty, safety, and basic customer respect, avoid this dealership at all costs.

I came in for an oil change, state inspection, and a service bulletin. I waited for the work to be completed. The lounge are was clean and comfortable. The work was completed in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with the service staff and my experience.

I encountered an error message on my 2024 Chevy Suburban. The service department at Bomnin quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it at no cost since it was under warranty. As a bonus, they also completed the annual safety inspection without me needing to request it.
