Pumps and vacuum are constantly broken. Inside was filthy. For this being a relatively new location is literally one of the worst BP stations I’ve been to.

I’m commenting strictly on the gas/pump area as I’ve never had the need to go inside the store:I ONLY come to this location because it’s close to some frequently visited locations and compatible with my Harris Teeter fuel points and I get a good discount about 1x a month with them…- pumps are always broken (today 5 of 12 out of order!)-if you can get a ‘working’ pump to accept your credit card-the readers often fail-then the pumps are EXTREMELY slow..-end it all with the system not printing your receipt- stating you have to go inside which is very inconvenient if you have kids/pets in the car!Anytime I have the ability to use another station I do - I recommend you do the same !

For a gas station that's not very old it's very run down. Half the gas pumps are constantly out of order and if you want a receipt you have to go in every time which makes paying at the pump completely inconvenient.

Gas station. That's the main thing here. I've been coming here begrudgingly since they opened due to the BP rewards from Harris Teeter. But it's a constant struggle. Pumps are frequently broken, hard to read, and S L O W. In fact, I'm typing this as I pump gas. It's taking forever. Simply awful. But I'm saving $0.50/gal so I deal with it. If you can stop somewhere else, pass this one by.

FALSE ADVERTISINGThe station's sign says diesel $5.69 when we go to the pump is $5.89 I approached the clerk she said “oh we are looking for the remote to change it” BS is been that way for 2 weeks nowStill looking for the remote to change it?Shady way to do business. Have several diesel trucks and we won’t be going back there for anything at allBE TRANSPARENT QUIT BEING SHADY.

Fuel prices on the sign are not the same on the pump. Sign showed diesel at $5.69 cheapest in town but at the pump it was $5.89. A 20 cent increase. I mentioned it to the clerk and she said there was nothing she could do about it.

Location has a sign on the door stating they are closed for structure damage.

I went there three weeks ago because of their gas price ($3.19), the cheapest in the area, and guess what! The place had no gas of any kind. Also, nobody at the paid station for those who wanted to pay cash. It was closed. I was absolutely mad at this place. They fooled my by having that nice price on GasBuddy. This place needs to be removed from all sites that are informing people of gas prices. If it does not have gas, no employees and are closed, it is like they do not exist for me.

It appears to be open, but most pumps are non-functional. The few that aren't completely dead seem to serve only premium. Pretty janky overall.

Is this place closed? Some windows boarded up we see. No one inside and door locked. Gas Pumps not working for pay at the pump. Perhaps a sign on the pumps to show they are closed or not working. Weird.

The owners of this station don't seem to care about the safety of their customers. I use them only because they are the closest outlet for Fuel Point Savings for the Harris Teeter across the street. Yesterday was the very first time in two full years they had any windshield cleaner for customer use, but, per usual they still had absolutely no paper towels, so customers still had to leave with their windows and lights dirty.BP claims they cannot make them provide the same level of service that every other service station in the provides because the station is not company owned, even though the station reflects poorly on their entire brand, just as it reflects badly on the Harris Teeter brand. If BP and Harris Teeter can't get this service station to do right by their customers, maybe Harris Teeter ought to consider striking a deal with Exxon, which has a well run station right across the street.

I always get gas from where when I’m in the area. I’ve never had a problem. Nice people, clean!

I stop by at this gas station on my way home from work every week. Very friendly staff, clean facility with clean restrooms. 5 out of 5
