NEVER, EVER USE BUDGET, THE MOST INCOMPETENT COMPANY EVER!!! I booked my car with my flight and verified the time for pick up. Today the time is 3 hours different than what i booked it for. When i asked to change the time the price went up by $500. It took me 4 calls and 5 reps later to speak to Mario the supervisor. Mind you everyone sounded like they were still asleep. There was NOTHING they can do and they wouldn't even honor the original reservation. STAY AWAY FROM BUDGET!!!!

This Budget location has recently moved to Perfect Auto on Sudley. It’s a little tricky to navigate to but is definitely a huge improvement from the parking lot they used to operate from. I recently dropped off and picked up a car here and the employee who helped me both times was great — I was in and out in 5 minutes and the car I received was in great condition. Would definitely rent here again

Eduardo Rodriguez is a joke. That's if it's his real name. At the time I picked up the rental, I told him I probably wouldn't be back to return the car at 9AM because I was traveling. Well I hit traffic and I got to the dealership at exactly 6:33. I received my receipt today and I was charged over $100 in fees because the car wasn't returned before he left. He yelled and talked over me during our conversation. I called corporate to initiate a refund from this money hungry individual. I hope budget realizes that they made a mistake by allowing Perfect Auto and their staff to operate under their name. I will never refer anyone to this location and I will never spend a brown penny there again.

I reserved an SUV at this location 3 months in advance for a Spring Break trip with my family. When I arrived, the employee said they had not received any vehicles and they had to cancel numerous reservations for the current and the previous day. He claimed that the company informed all customers, but I never received any notifications. This was so unprofessional and a huge inconvenience. NEVER RENT A CAR FROM BUDGET!

They are operating from the parking lot at the moment due to Sears' closure and the malls change in ownership but the staff is still extremely helpful and doing their best to work with the situation. We've used their services 3 times now since they've lost access to the building and each time they've been great. They call about a half hour before your rental to let you know the process and and check in is extremely easy. Just snap 2 pictures and text it to the number provided and your good to go.

I have a wonderful experience renting from this location. I must say Mr. Mattie is very polite, friendly and personalable. Very upfront. He will go out his way to help his customers out. We need more people like him.

So, this is not a store or a kiosk or anything that resembles a legitimate business. This is a dude sitting his vehicle, plain clothes, handing out rental policies and keys to cars. I don’t know where he cleans the vehicles or what, but it’s so shady. How does budget even have him listed as a credible business?? Can my 7 year old niece set up her own Budget facility at her lemonade stand? Jokes aside, go somewhere else. The lady in front of me was freaking out too but unfortunately, time is of the essence and we all just had to take a leap of faith bc we booked these reservations as a “need.” I would have driven extra to Dulles if I had known. I’m not even sure the car we had was a legit rental car. It was not the car I reserved or even an option. So shady. Like, sooooo shady.

This is not a Budget rental office. This is a random parking lot at a mall. There are no Budget signs anywhere in sight. No office. No booth. No kiosk. Just a random parking lot. The parking lot in question is in front of a Sears store. The listed phone number is some guy’s cell phone and the listed address is just the Sears address. I learned all this after arriving, since the guy whose cell phone is listed didn’t deign to tell me when I called prior to making my reservation online. I hope this information will be helpful to anyone who has the misfortune of reading this review after committing to a reservation involving this location. When I arrived at this parking lot to drop off my rental, the guy that met me did not have any Budget credentials (not even a business card) and was dressed in casual clothes. He told me I just needed to take a picture of the mileage and hand over the keys. According to him, this would complete the return. The guy offered nothing to confirm the legitimacy of the transaction -- no confirmation number, no paperwork, nothing. Given that I was being asked to hand over the keys to a $35,000 vehicle, I thought it best to call customer service to confirm what I was being told by this individual. I told him as much and he said he would wait in his vehicle while I did so. After a few minutes waiting on hold with customer service, the guy drove off saying he was going to run errands elsewhere. That was the last I saw or heard of him. Customer service wasn’t much more help than this guy and I ended up having to pay a full extra day’s rental since it was late by the time I as able to make alternate drop off arrangements. That’s a story for the BBB, though. I don’t recommend anyone use Budget in general, but if you do, avoid this location. They’re completely unprofessional and unhelpful, not to mention more than a little shady.

For those who read this before committing to a reservation, I can't recommend strongly enough that you NOT use this location under any circumstances. Of course, the rep at the new drop off location said only customer service could offer a discount, and customer service said only the rep at the drop off location could offer a discount. That's a story for the BBB, though. I don't recommend anyone use Budget in general, but if you do, avoid this location. If I could give a negative review I would. I understand that it's convenient to those in the area- but you will pay for that convenience in price and service. First they gave us a car with expired tags. Next they were not there when we tried to drop it off. Literally no one was there and by there I mean in a car under a tree because there is no office since they closed the Sears. They literally work out of their car. Third we were over charged , no explanation, no receipt given and you cannot get in touch with anyone to help. I ended up being charged more a bad experience than I would have had I just traveled five miles further to Enterprise. Horrible service.
