The worst shop EVER. Took it in for dents and a scratch and they messed up 3 different things. A panel inside my car. Scratched my mirror. Scratched inside a door. Left white sticky residue all over. Went back to get them to fix it and they STILL messed up more things. Did an awful job with the paint, left bubbles and more scratches. Told me the panel they messed up was on back order and they didn’t have an ETA for when it could get fixed. They wouldn’t even return my calls. Kept calling and texting them. Careless and no sense of professionalism whatsoever. Save your time and money.

We have been dealing with Caliber Collision for years and have always been impressed with their prompt professionalism. Last week, we took our 2016 Ford Explorer to Caliber because we found water in the well of the driver’s side door. My husband thought the door was too tight and needed adjusting. He also thought it could be the source of the leak. Loryn, whom we’ve worked with for years, is now the General Manager. She quickly told us the water meant our sun roof was working properly in the torrential rain storms. Then she had our door adjusted, a small ding taken care of and 15 minutes later - we were on our way and very relieved. Any time we’ve been to Caliber it’s been an excellent experience.

Great experience with Cailber repairing our car after an unfortunate and scary accident on the highway. Kept us up to speed with the repairs and cleaned and detailed the vehichle. Awesome job.

As result of an accident there was damage on the left side of the bumper of may car.I came to Caliber Collison at Manassas through insurance.Than they replaced my bumper.When I received my car actually noticed that the bumper was not sitting properly on the edges but I didn't care much at that moment.I think should be like this normal.After a few months this gaps opened up little more and after it continued I couldn't find the opportunity to take it call them until now the gap increased I push it to get it to go in but then it comes out again finally I brought my car to the caliber today Told them what happened that was your fault and it shouldn't happened I told them to fix it but they said 8 months had passed and they did not accept responsibility.Then I talked to their manager she said need to be changed bumper brackets because when they replaced my bumper they didn't replace brackets I said why didn't you change the brackets when installing the new bumper?she said insurance not accept it but this is very unreasonable if the bumper being replaced why isn't a small but important part like the brackets replaced with a new one?They eventually said they couldn't fix it without paying.
Before you bring your car to this shop think about my experience and stay away from a place does not think about costumer satisfaction and disbelieving costumer 's words
