We had our 2020 Toyota Sienna towed there after a deer decided to play in traffic.Initially, I would have recommended Caliber. As I go through the vehicle, which I got back just before Christmas and before the scheduled time, I notice more and more small things.A few small things were missed... like the windshield fluid jets were not put in the new hood. the line is there, but no sprayers exist. the holes are there for them.The passenger side front headlight has condensation in it. I told the service advisor at pickup. The condensation will cause the vehicle to not pass VA inspection, as it alters the beam.I called to schedule an appt to get it fixed before Jan 1. Today is Jan 21. the lack of communication is getting rather annoying.

I had an incident where a driver with Traveler's insurance hit my car and I was instructed by Traveler's to get my car repaired at this Caliber location in Manassas. The communication that I received while my car was being worked on was poor since they had me confused with another customer's repair. I was given text messages saying my car was ready when it wasn't. I then came to get my car back from Caliber on a Friday and my fender was not repaired correctly. (Apparently the inside fender lining wasn't put back together correctly.) There was no technician available that day and the manager wanted me to pay for the repair even though I was going through Traveler's insurance. I refused and was then told not to pick up the car and to come back on Monday (While the manager sorts out the payment with Traveler's). Their technician was not available on Monday. I had to come back on Tuesday and while the fender lining was fixed, a wide panel gap had formed where the bumper met the front driver's side fender. The pictures can show you how bad these gaps are. When I tried to tell the manager he had the technician tell me: "That's within the manufacturer's panel gap measurements". He never tried to show me what that meant. Another employee then tried saying how they would have to order aftermarket bumper mounting brackets and that the panel gap would get even worse because of that. If my mounting brackets are already from Ford then why can't they fix the panel gap that's there in the first place? I wish there was someone I could bring up these issues with but the management here doesn't really care about customer service so that's why I had to give this place a 1 star review.

I was sent on a quest to get a lamp that was not working since I received the car back. When I returned from my quest, the manager (who I talked to originally) then told me that they had no technicians available. Why I would be sent on a meaningless quest knowing there would be no technicians I am still unsure. The first time I received the car I also got it back with a check engine light, nice. Totally lack of any concern for the customer here. Avoid this place like the plague.
