Long wait for a transaction that couldn’t be done online. Get it together CapitalOne. This is why your branches are closing.

I am in this bank today, I am facing a problem. One of the employees gives me an appointment twice, and I go to the bank and save my time, and I do not deliver the solution, and the host does not know his work. I do not know why the employers of these people do not understand

I am a former customer of Capital One bank. Now I am having trouble trying to find an ATM located at a branch that is still open.

Do not do business with Capital One bank, particularly the Ashland location. There is NO manager on duty. This bank keeps lousy records that puts your deposits and payments at risk. BAD BANK.

I have multiple accounts, and doing cash business had become an issue. I do not understand why the branches have been closed. Will have to look into moving my accounts around.

I don’t understand what’s wrong with these capital one banks. There is not a single helpful soul that works in any of the locations I have been to. I’ve had capital one for over a decade and within the last few years the service has gone down the toilet. I ask for the managers contact information and I’m told to call somebody else, to call customer service, to grab a card (not given the manager’s name, have to ask for it, there is no card for her, I ask for them to right down the number and email, and I’m told to call a 1-800 number to get her email???). It’s hot potato of ownership and all I’m trying to do is get them fix to THE BANK’S OWN MISTAKE.

AVOID! If google allowed ZERO stars, I will give it to this branch. I went in today just to make a cash deposit into my checking account, simple right? What could have been a quick 5 min. walk- in transaction turned into a really bad experience. Cheyenne has the Worst bank teller attitude I'd seem in all my years dealing with local banks. Her nonprofessional behavior would definitely scare anyone. Give yourselves a favor and avoid having a bad day by NOT banking in this branch. No wonder why this branch is EMPTY most of the time.

Called to place a change order, waited till it was ready, drove all the way there to pick it up, and was told I needed an id, even though I’d never been told that over the phone. Walk out of line, back out to my car, come back inside to be told I also need the account number, they don’t do change orders without them anymore. Not only did this bank completely waste my time, they also dragged me around and couldn’t handle giving all the information needed upfront. Also can’t handle any form of customer service. I have a business to run, but thanks for dragging me around and wasting my time for over an hour. Don’t do business here.
