  very run down places. Can never find parts put customers on hold i drive all the way there im still on hold and dont have my stuff i order after i drive all the way there. Asked roy a question about pricing and before you know it hes threatening to call i.c.e on me i take my business to oreilly this people very rude stay awayy!

  Carquest the best Auto Parts in manassas is a lifesaver for my repair shop! The prices, quality, and service are unbeatable. the manager, runs a tight ship, and his team makes every visit a breeze. 🛠️ I’m in daily and always feel valued—unlike at other big-name stores where I’m just a number. Yesterday, Roy was a rockstar, quickly checking my car’s battery and alternator with a smile. 😊 he was super polite and even pointed out a few things I need to look into.   Extremely rude staff (not all I'm sure). Stopped by few times since i work in the complex. guy on the left(roy told by staff outside when asked) always seems to be gossiping while customers standing in line. Two younger employees (Elon? And tall kid long hair) on the opposite end just looking at the their phones laughing one eating and roy saying some questionable racial slurs. Very vocal about his racism believe me! going on and on about deportation and keeping America pure. while knowing theres few customers standing there in front waiting and instead he answers a call to gossip even more. Place is unbelievable they do have the parts most of the times but don’t seem to be interested in selling any at least not to regular diy type of customers. The tall indian/middle eastern gentleman always helps me out but he was not present so i walked away without getting my parts. Chatted with a driver outside and was told this is the norm here at this location. Place seems to be way overstaffed at times everyone standing around doing nothing except a few.

  Needed a vintage part for a 51 Jeep and they were able to help whereas other auto part stores basically just looked at me like a deer in the headlights and said they couldn't help me. The Carquest employees actually work on vehicles and know parts so they were able to come up with an alternative that worked!

  Great experience here. I didn't know they were so close to my home. Roy is top-notch at what he does. He has a great sense of humor, friendly, and made me feel welcomed. They have so many car parts there that I didn't know they had. I'll be back!

  If my first visit is any indication of the service at this business. I'm going to leave alot of these other auto parts stores alone. I got a pleasant smile and great service the associate was able to assist me with out ever spending a single dollar which makes me want to go back again and again
