The girl here (Stephanie??) helped me with my scheduled appointment and answered all the questions I had. Took about an hour so I ended up having couple hotdogs at Costco to kill time. Overall, great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

We had a broken tire and came to this location as they had one in stock. The staff here are very hardworking. Stephanie was awesome in fitting us in as a walk in. The manager Sean was very empathetic with our situation and installed the tire after closing hours so that we could drive back to Canada safely. This team excels in empathy and high customer service! So grateful to all of them.

We fell victim to a flat / punctured tire while visiting Georgetown and DC.
We called in hoping to get a walk-in tire change done as we needed to drive back to Toronto the following morning (about 600 miles).
They were extremely busy but they agreed to help us out, and it was a huge relief knowing they had our complete vehicle history on record even though we are from Canada. After a few hours we got the car back the same evening.
I’d like to personally thank Stephanie and Sean once again! Your dedication to customer service is outstanding. You guys truly work hard and it shows. 5/5⭐️

Purchased 4 new tires from Costco, and just six months later, an inspection revealed issues with the tires. Despite providing clear documentation that my vehicle had no mechanical issues aside from the tires, Costco tire center refused to take responsibility—insisting the problem must be with my car. Ironically, while they admit they’re not expert mechanics, they still dismiss the assessment of an actual certified mechanic who verified my car is fine. Everything might seem fine until you run into an issue—then the support disappears. Be cautious if you expect accountability after the sale.

Posting this for a friend. He went in to the tire center at about 10:20 this morning after calling to confirm the tires he needed were in stock. He was told it would likely be a couple of hours as there were some appointments. No big deal. A couple hours passed (he was sitting there almost the entire time) and he asked again how long it would be and was told a couple of hours. He was getting upset but said he’d wait. A couple hours passed and he asked again, he was getting visibly upset but they told him it would go in in about 20 minutes. Bottom line is they finished at about 5:15 pm after telling him at 10:30am that it would be a couple of hours. Terrible overall customer service and I will tell anyone that needs tires not to rely on Costco in Manassas.

They damaged the RIM and refused to take responsibility for it
And their insurance company couldn’t provide evidence and said claim it on your insurance,
CHECK YOUR RIMS AFTER TIRE REPLACEMENT!!!!!!

Took my wife's car in on a Tuesday morning because her tire was losing air. I was the first one in, so no wait. There were five people behind me though.
Got a call twenty minutes after I dropped off the car and they said the valve stem needed to be replaced...only $19.
Took another twenty minutes or so and I was done.
Quick, honest service.

Poor customer service and always a hassle, especially from the hispanic guy that almost exclusively works the counter. He does everything so slowly that it took over 25 minutes to get my keys, with only 1 person in front of me.

Make sure to purchase tires online, DO NOT plan for it to be a quick “1-hour” job it took over an hour and it wasn’t until I asked if it was done that the receptionist realize the ticket had been dropped off as finished. To top it all off getting my key back was such a pain.
If you go here definitely plan to do a BIG and LONG Costco run with a friend and you could probably drop off the groceries and have the friend bring you back and get your car later because the wait it stupid long.

We called the staff ahead of time to confirm the availability of the battery we needed and received an affirmative response. After hanging up, we drove 40 minutes to the store, only to be told by an employee that they didn't have it. It's absurd! I can't understand why Costco would employ someone who makes the entire store seem like a joke.

Great service in the tire center. I had to order my new tires. Got them installed quickly when they came in. They went on sale about about a week after I paid for them but before I had them installed. No one said a word. Nor did I get a credit. I went back today to get what should be mine. I can’t get a refund because it’s been more than 30 days. I’m not happy at all.

I've been coming here for years and today my experience at self checkout was bad. Firstly, this location does not provide enough motorized carts for people who have a hard time walking. I went shopping for my mother who has a hard time walking. Did all the shopping and went to self check out, now they have a person checking the store ID and was told that If the person is not physically in the store (sitting in the vehicle outside) you can't shop for them. Never had a problem before doing it and my dad who had the other card couldn't come today. Normally, I have no complaints but this was just ridiculous. Next thing you know, I won't be able to pump gas for my mother. For being overpriced, you need to be a little more accommodating.
