My son Noah really likes coming here and is getting much stronger and more fit. Good environment for high school kid looking to get stronger and plugged in to something.

I've only visited their website, so I don't have any room to give an opinion the place as a business. I will say though, just by looking at their website it does seem like a very good place to sign up for to meet your fitness goals.

We made an appointment for a “Free No-Sweat Intro” as stated on the website, and went by to check out the gym to meet Michael Kastroba. We expected a coach to sit down with us to discuss our goals and receive guidance and advice to get started. The coach appeared rushed to get us out of there as fast as possible and minimally discussed the programming there i.e. CrossFit, Jiu Jitsu, etc. I inquired about a trial class and the coach stated they didn’t have trial classes but was told they only offered 30 day trials for around $150 each. However, the website stated there is a three-class trial for $19.99. I asked him if we could just do a drop in and he stated they didn’t do drop-ins. However, their website lists one class drop ins, among others. Either the coach was dishonest or didn’t know about the trial classes but he should have known. If there are no trial classes so that we can get to know the community to see if it’s a right fit before making an investment, nor drop-ins allowed, then this should be removed from your website. If I had known, my family wouldn’t have wasted our time. Therefore, based on the above, we didn’t have a very good experience or first impression.

The best!!! I'm in the fundamentals class and I was so nervous to start but nearing the end of my second week, it was one of the best decisions I've made. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the coaches are amazing!!! It's like a sense of community when you walk in and you leave feeling great! When I'm struggling to be able to hear nothing but encouragement is phenomenal. I know with the help of CrossFit Manassas I will reach my fitness goals and am on the road to better health thanks to the staff and members!

I love working out at Manasas cross fit. The coaches are very knowledgeable about it, also they are very professional when it comes to training. They motivate the crew to keep going to finish the work out that makes me feel great. It's worth getting up early and get the exercise finish. The benefits are great.

I've been an avid CrossFit(ter) since 2013. I recently joined CrossFit Manassas when my original gym closed its doors. The entire staff, as well as clientele have been EXTREMELY open and inviting. The coaching there is above reproach. There were certain plateaus that I have been at with my oly lifts, and with just a few tweaks, and demonstrations, I've been hitting PR after PR. Love this place!!!!

Before I discovered Crossfit Manassas, I was a chronic McDonalds eater as well as a habitual cigarette and marijuana smoker. I had not done anything athletic since high school about 10 years prior. My exercise was couch based, and whatever I could get walking to and from my car throughout the day. There came a day though when I realized if I continued down the path I was on the quality of my life would continue to sink below the low it was already at. At crossfit manassas I not only found a life changing exercise regimen where all the programming, technique training and motivating trainers were included, I also found other things that were just as important. Community. Role models. Direction. Focus. And most importantly, health. After joining Crossfit Manassas I quit smoking cigarettes and marijuana and kicked my mcdonalds habit. I have learned what I am physically capable of, and am enjoying being able to move better than I ever have in my entire life. Its been 3 years now and I am a level 1 certified crossfit trainer, and I am in the best shape ive ever been in.
