Me and my husband have been in a parking space. Unfortunately didn’t work, but Aunjae Was amazing. She saw a struggling. She even tried to change out spots to work some magic and it still wasn’t working. Unfortunately weren’t able to rent, but we got our refund immediately. And I’m so happy with the CUSTOMER. She wasn’t irritated anything. She was smiles and give us with us. The whole time understanding The whole situation. We try to see if we could get the same pricing at another facility with bigger spots. But unfortunately that wasn’t something doable. But Service here is amazing. Definitely recommend. “Aunjae lady with the boat that didn’t fit “”

Best facility manager I have met in over 50 years of renting experience. Aunjae was caring and professional! She really took care of everything beyond anyone’s expectations! I would highly recommend this place for storage rental!

I purchased climate control storage unit however, my unit is musky, hot/humid, moldy and smells unfresh and I fear that my belongings might get damaged as a result of it.

Best customer service I’ve ever had, This was my first time ever renting a storage unit so I didn’t really know what to expect but the employee that was working that day, I believe his name was Ariel, he really broke everything down for me and made it a lot less Intimidating than I thought it would be.
