If I could give zero stars i would This is the worst pharmacy ever. Most people are forced to use this pharmacy because their the only 24 hour pharmacy we have. I understand it can be busy. I waited 3 hours after my prescriptions were called in to go pick up. I go in and told there not ready it'll be like 20mins. Waited another hour before going back and still not ready. Only reason I used them was because everyone else was already closed. They don't care and every time you go in most of the employees are just talking to each other and ignoring the people waiting in line.

The pharmacy gave me my baby's medication without mixing! That is so dangerous and unprofessional! The name on the receipt says helped by Jillian. I called to speak with a pharmacist and the lady was laughing and told me to swing back. Like it wasn't a big deal! I asked how this could happen and she said I don't know. This is the most ridiculous customer service!

This particular cvs has gotten worse since it’s taken on the sudley store closing. It takes several hours to get prescriptions to get filled, lines are always long. Just be prepared to wait!

The 24 hour CVS in Manassas Virginia is absolutely terrible! The pharmacist is extremely rude, he got nasty with my doctor when they tried calling my prescription in, and did not do his job properly, which ultimately led to me having to pay for my prescription out of pocket. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Blond Pharmacy tech at the desk inside the store was incredibly rude and rolled her eyes when I asked about a prescription. The ER doctor sent it to this 24 hour pharmacy for “convenience”. If you get upset over a question that is part of your job….that is not the customers fault. The young girl at the Pharmacy Drive Thru was nice though.

The worst experience ever, these people made me go back in line even though I had been waiting for more than 40 mins to an hour poor the gentlemen in front doing it all by him self the other girl is so disrespectful.

The CVS is awful. Longest wait times, some employees hardly speak English.They lied to me about my prescriptions availability and were “still working on it” over 12 hours later. My condition (eye infection, fever) got way worse and I had to force them to transfer it to a separate CVS for me to get the medicine. Do not go here, if you need medicine now, you’re out of luck just wait for your normal CVS to open in the morning.

During my last two visits, I encountered closed drive-thru windows, resulting in making extra trips and longer inside waits to retrieve my prescription.

The pharmacy is trash in drive through had me waiting for a while kept pushing the button and then pharmacist who is WHITE wears white coat brown hair & glasses needs to stop working there all because she frausted working front n window when there's other workers there. There's better workers who is WHITE along with others who are more professional!

My sister has been going back and forth for a week to get my father’s antibiotics, and they keep saying that it’s not yet ready for refill when it’s been overdue already! They will say come back at 5 pm and then they will say that they are waiting for the the doctor’s go signal, when it’s clearly says on the bottle that he has 2 refills left. It’s very frustrating because this is a VERY IMPORTANT Medication that is keeping my father ALIVE!!!

Amazing service. The staff was attentive and went beyond and help combine my accounts to avoid future confusions. Clear on medication instructions quick to fill. Very favorable visit, it’s out of my way but worth the trip!

I was on hold for over 30 minutes on the phone. Person the on phone was rude after keeping me on hold that long. Absolutely horrible service.

Called to check in on a prescription, got hung up on. When I called back, another pharmacy employee answered and was extremely rude. When I nicely let her know that I was hung up on, I could hear the guy in the background saying "she's crazy, I didn't hang up on her" so I called them out on it. Their attitudes only grew as they stated my prescription would be ready in an hour before hanging up on me again. Can't believe you get people this rude at a pharmacy...

24 minutes on hold only to be greeted by an incredibly rude pharmacist or pharmacy assistant compels me to write my second review. Get yourself together CVS. Do better. Be better!
