Terrible service. Was told prescription would be done after 3pm. Came at 4:30 and was told to come back in 30 minutes. Came back an hour later and prescription was not ready and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to tell me they don’t have it in stock and I need to go to another CVS 15 mins away in the complete opposite direction. Only come here if you’d like to waste hours of your day

The pharmacist who assisted me, Farzaneh Badiei was so helpful and compassionate . I really appreciated her help in getting me the medication even though the quantity ordered was not available at this pharmacy and suggested that I contact my PCP if I needed another Rx

I must admit that I was a bit apprensive going to CVS again after having a couple prior experiences that was less than desirable. But being on Veteran's t ans Healthcare, when I got sick, was instructed to get my prescriptions there. I went through the VA procedures and the prescription was ordered through my closest CVS from a VA doctor. I waited a couple h I urs and called to confirm that the RX was there and it was. A CVS employee to come at 4pm and I did and "wallah" the RX was done. I had no hassle and received the correct RX and on my way to recovery. I placed a like on the post because you have show me more great service for an excellent rating. Keep it up CVS...Iam from the Show Me state.

I had a great experience yesterday. I had a really expensive prescription that I paid for prior to determining I have a secondary insurance that would help with the cost. Natasha was patient with me and assisted me with getting my additional insurance into the system and prepping my refund. Then Margaret assisted with processing the refund. Overall I had a very polite and helpful experience. Thank you.

I abandoned this pharmacy due to awful customer service and at the expense of all other CVS pharmacies. Got tired of begging for help from a pharmacist. Safeway has delivered professionalism straight up.

I haven't been able to receive my medication for weeks with no communication with me or my doctor or explanation as to why. After over 20 minutes on hold, pharmacist was unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. This is peoples HEALTH your dealing with. Unacceptable on so many levels.

Extremely ghetto, unprofessional staff at the pharmacy. They're all very immature and rude. They will let the phone ring for hours and think it's funny. They never have your prescriptions filled on time and always want you to come back. If I could give 0 stars I would. I just got off the phone with a woman from the pharmacy who was yelling at me over a question I asked about my medication. That whole staff needs to be fired! Last time I was there, I was in the drive through waiting 30 min before someone helped me and when he did, he gave me the wrong medication so I waited another 20 for someone to come back to the window to help me and she was snickering the entire time. Terrible, terrible staff! Sad for our community.

This location offers free PCR test, but I wouldn't recommend doing it here because it takes more than 48hours to get your results. Be careful if you are trying to use it for international travel. I missed my flight because the result got back after 72hours and there is nothing you can do when you call them.

The ONLY option when calling is to speak to pharmacy or get info on Covid. Not EVERYTHING in life is about Covid!!! List a phone number that doesn't take you to the pharmacy.

I actually really like this pharmacy. Staff is friendly and there is rarely a line. I always go inside so I can't speak on the drive thru. They actually didn't have the drug my doctor prescribed last time so they had to transfer it to the Dale Blvd one and that's when I got to see the difference between the two locations. Dale City staff was really cool but the line went down the aisle and it took longer to fill my prescription.
