I abandoned this pharmacy due to awful customer service and at the expense of all other CVS pharmacies. Got tired of begging for help from a pharmacist. Safeway has delivered professionalism straight up.

I haven't been able to receive my medication for weeks with no communication with me or my doctor or explanation as to why. After over 20 minutes on hold, pharmacist was unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. This is peoples HEALTH your dealing with. Unacceptable on so many levels.

Extremely ghetto, unprofessional staff at the pharmacy. They're all very immature and rude. They will let the phone ring for hours and think it's funny. They never have your prescriptions filled on time and always want you to come back. If I could give 0 stars I would. I just got off the phone with a woman from the pharmacy who was yelling at me over a question I asked about my medication. That whole staff needs to be fired! Last time I was there, I was in the drive through waiting 30 min before someone helped me and when he did, he gave me the wrong medication so I waited another 20 for someone to come back to the window to help me and she was snickering the entire time. Terrible, terrible staff! Sad for our community.

This location offers free PCR test, but I wouldn't recommend doing it here because it takes more than 48hours to get your results. Be careful if you are trying to use it for international travel. I missed my flight because the result got back after 72hours and there is nothing you can do when you call them.

I went to go pick up my prescriptions from the pharmacy after calling ahead of time to make sure they were there. We went through the drive thru and were then told to come inside. Once inside the pharmacist persistently told me that he rudely said I needed to call my insurance before he could fill my prescriptions. That was never relayed to me. Once I called my insurance I went back to pick up my prescriptions through the drive thru. Once again the pharmacist was extremely rude and told us to move so the other people in line could be helped. Im never going to this CVS again since their customer service is clearly horrible.

Came inside the store, wasn't greeted and when I received help, I asked for passport pictures and the older gentleman grunted at me saying he "didn't have time for me" I came to get passport pictures for me and my daughter. He took pictures of me from what I think he did. When it came to my daughter he told me no I can't deal with you and walked away and he told me to leave the store. He helped an older white lady instead of helping me, even tho I asked for his helped first. He ignored me while helping other customer. Being a Latina I felt discriminated in how he treated me and my daughter because the store was mostly filled with Caucasian people and I felt out of placed because of his actions and other customer listening to him how he treated me.

Came into get the vaccine for my daughter and pharmacist rolled her eyes and had an attitude while asking for information to put in the system. She came out to administer the vaccine and very rudely kept saying stay 6 feet away from me. The vaccine area was dirty and full of trash. I regret going to this CVS location. My daughter was already stressed before going in there and she did make the experience any better.

I wanted to do this review to acknowledge the changes made by the pharmacy team . This is a very busy neighborhood pharmacy that in the past has had trouble keeping up with the volume and wait times would be horrible . I noticed new experienced or trained employees are multi tasking with no issues and it looks like a well oiled machine back there behind the counter and I was helped immediately, my concern regarding the prescription was answered immediately and according to my doctor , correctly . I realize most reviews are done when someone is upset, but I felt like other customers should be aware that changes are happening and I believe they will continue to improve with the current team behind the counter. Keep it up guys , I appreciate all of your help . Happy Memorial Day

This is our neighborhood CVS and I had no problem with the employees there, except that they are always short in staffing for the pharmacy. My mother-in-law's doctor sent her Rx to a pharmacy that was closed on Sundays so we went to this one. After almost an hour of waiting in the store for the doctor to send the Rx, we decided to leave and come back. We called the CVS three times to make sure they received it but we went directly on hold while each and every time, the phone just hung up after a little over 5 minutes of holding. The other thing that brought me to review them was the public restroom. If you were asked to wait for a prescription for over half an hour and need to go to the bathroom, good luck.

The pharmacy staff here is extremely rude and have very poor customer service. The pharmacist or the pharmacist technician will not identify herself and ask me for a doctors DEA number which is illegal to ask for. This person continue to yell over the phone and hung up on me. When I call back to ask who I was speaking with you she wanted to not give out her information. I strongly recommend you don't get your prescriptions filled here. Store #2019. HORRIBLE! You will wait 20+ minutes in the drive through. Prescriptions are NEVER ready when they say they will be. And Jesus you can't even call them because they don't answer! What's the point of that? The one time they did answer they hung up. please take you're prescriptions elsewhere. You will thank me.

With the exception of 1 or 2 pharmacy techs, the overall attitude and customer service of this pharmacy is rude and unhelpful. I'm not sure I trust them with my time sensitive prescriptions anymore.

Been standing at pharmacy counter for over 8 minutes, three employees within two feet of me, no one has said a single word or acknowledged my standing here at all. It's almost 8pm and there's not one other customer in the store. If you're busy that's fine but you'd think someone would atleast look at you or say "we'll be with you in a minute". Pretty sure they're just trying to get closing work done considering there is no one else here, they don't close for another two hours. Been here atleast 5 times when they've texted or assured something will be ready, I wait in a ten car line to pick it up and it's not ready. Rarely an apology just a " well you can come back". Rude and unorganized every time.

The absolute worst. Prescriptions take forever to get filled, are not ready when promised, and if you call, you will grow old waiting for them to answer the phone. If I could give them a zero, I would. Today is the last time I will visit and will no longer use the pharmacy. It just gets worse and worse.
