Young people while working need to leave there phones in there locker, car or off. Or maybe get a job checking there email. No one wants to watch you check your email while trying to give service at same time. I have excepted the fact the the telephone booth is no coming back.

Got a prescription sent over at 8 PM call at 10:30 because it still isn't ready and they said that I could come pick it up at 12 AM when I tried to ask the lady if there's anything we can do to try to push it forward because I can't just wait until 12 AM to pick up medicine that I need to take ASAP. She didn't even want to listen and was extremely rude. Kept cutting me off and just telling me 12 AM.

I was on hold for over 30 minutes on the phone. Person the on phone was rude after keeping me on hold that long. Absolutely horrible service.

Called to check in on a prescription, got hung up on. When I called back, another pharmacy employee answered and was extremely rude. When I nicely let her know that I was hung up on, I could hear the guy in the background saying "she's crazy, I didn't hang up on her" so I called them out on it. Their attitudes only grew as they stated my prescription would be ready in an hour before hanging up on me again. Can't believe you get people this rude at a pharmacy...

24 minutes on hold only to be greeted by an incredibly rude pharmacist or pharmacy assistant compels me to write my second review. Get yourself together CVS. Do better. Be better!

Very bad drive thru pharmacy staff . I have my doctor refill a prescription that they couldn't find when I got there. The staff had called me two hours prior saying that my medication was ready to be picked up when it got to the window. The lady had a very rude attitude and had stated that there is no such medication in my record. I showed her the automated text messages that I get from CVS pharmacy. When my medication is ready to be picked up, she said nothing to be found, and then she kept on showing attitude that there's nothing. There's nothing go you're wasting our time when I've been sitting on that window for at least two hours, and then another lady comes in and types in my date of birth and name, and then magically find it, and then hand over the medication and the rude lady doesn't apologize doesn't say anything for being rude or not finding it and just says I have a nice date very rudely without even looking at us rude and pathetic employees that they have at the pharmacy drive-through in this location.

I arrived at the drive-thru at 1:05pm. There are only 3 cars ahead of me. The pharmacy closes for lunch at 1:30pm. The third car pulls away and now it's my turn. I hear a recording, "The pharmacy is now closed for lunch." I should have read the other reviews. Everyone complains how slow the staff is. The reviewers are right. It took them 25 minutes to serve only three customers. This is clearly a management problem. This CVS advertises that they are open 24 hours. That's true if you need alcohol and toiletries, but if you need prescriptions, you will have to wait while all of the pharmacists have their lunch at the same time.

Terrible, slow, rude, pharmacists. Impossible to reach and when/if you do get in contact with one of their reps they are unhelpful.
