Yeah, this place. Chose to use mail prescription service instead. Staff is always very busy. I don't think it is their fault.I just tried to get a passport photo. They couldn't get their camera working. I went to a nearby Walgreens and had slightly better service.

I've been trying to get a prescription here for 3 weeks I understand they don't have it but what I don't understand is why the other pharmacy who DOES have it can't get ahold of anyone at CVS to transfer the prescription. The other pharmacy told me they have been on hold with CVS for over 3 hours. I went in there to see what the issue was and they basically shrugged and said "we're busy" while the phone rang and rang behind them. So I asked for them to call the other pharmacy and make the transfer and they took my info and basically said they'd get to it when they can.I'm never using this place again I'm so unhappy with the way they have dealt with the whole situation.

I would give 0 stars if I could for the pharmacy. They refused my good RX code… which every pharmacy has taken, are not PATIENT or HELPFUL at all, and honestly just are all miserable people. Never going back.

I really like shopping at CVS but the one at 6360 Hoadly Rd in Manassas, VA was a great experience. The store was exceptionally clean and well organized. The store clerk was extremely helpful, even walking me to locate an item I needed. Very good experience.

Drove half an hour for the minute clinic just to waste 20 more minutes trying to get treated. All they wanted to do was run up the insurance bill testing for covid and flu and not treat the actual symptoms. Everyone in my family has bacterial pneumonia. I have the same symptoms. Wouldn't even test for it. Wanted to have me buy cold medicine, test for covid, and come back in a week when my symptoms worsen. I guess I need to go see a real doctor.

Do they ever answer the phone in the pharmacy?! Multiple times I have waited over 20 minutes trying to get someone to pickup the phone.

We are done with this CVS. They are rude and lie. The last 3 times we have dealt with them have been nightmares. They need to replace the whole pharmacy staff.

Tried to withhold my anti- anxiety meds due to me having a ‘attitude’ from me being agitated due to sending me a text alert about it being filled then it not being done after not having it for 4 days

I was looking for a medicine for kids couldn’t find ask consultation section told me should be there but i was already searching for 5 minutes and she couldn’t step out for a second and also asked her if you can find me similar medicine, not friendly store, would be my last visit here.

Absolute worst CVS I've ever been in. Several shelves continue to remain empty despite other locations being able to restock. Half of the cosmetic wall is completely bare of products, shelving, etc., and it's been that way for two months. And 75% of the time, there's no one up front. You have to use self checkout, and if there's a problem, good luck finding anyone to help. You literally have to walk around the store calling out for assistance, and even then, no one shows.Edit to add: I just saw that the parking lot light that was burned out 4 months ago, along the back where it's surrounded by trees, is STILL out. Very unsafe.

TL;DR: horrible customer service & they lost my prescriptions so I am currently without my daily medications.I got in line at 5:40 and stood for 20 minutes on Saturday evening. There was one gentleman in front of me that one of the ladies was helping, the others were doing other things. No one acknowledged me. Finally one of the ladies said, “ma’am, we’re closed.” Excuse me? What time did you close, since you’re wide open with all the lights on? “5:30.” Uh, okay, that would have been nice to know when I got here, not after 20 minutes of standing here.Went back yesterday, got in line, waited for 15 minutes, walked up to the counter with my vitamins & deodorant, and gave them my last name & date of birth. Only to be told they didn’t have anything for me. Uh, what? There should be two. Called in on the morning of 9/23. I’ve been getting automated CVS calls. “Oh, those were probably us asking if you wanted us to call your doctor & ask for refills for you.” Oh, you mean those reminder calls I turned off thru the app two months ago? All they did was shrug & say, “call your doctor.” Tried to buy my vitamins but they wouldn’t let me check out back there because I didn’t have prescriptions to pick up.I looked at my patient portal app, sure enough, both meds plus refills were sent to the pharmacy. And I’ve only ever listed one pharmacy with my doctor, plus she asks me every time if I’m still using the CVS on Hoadly.So I call my doctor today. Yup, sure enough, both meds plus refills were sent on 9/23. Thankfully I started trying to pick them up before I totally ran out. Had to leave a message for my doc, hopefully she can resubmit them quickly so I can get them filled at a different pharmacy & not have to stop my daily meds cold turkey.

I waited 20 min in drive thru line behind 1 car who ended up not even getting a thing. It now was exactly 1:30, lunch break, for CVS. As I pulled to the window the man rudely shook his head, waving hands in the air and yelled 2 pm. I said I was in line behind 1 car since 1:10. He kept waving hands putting 2 fingers up, shaking his head, shrugging his shoulders like what I had to say didn't matter. I get they need a break. But no car should be at a window for 20 min holding a line up anyway. And then treating someone with such an uncaring attitude, I am very disappointed in this employee who gave such a bad representation of this CVS location. If I had just pulled up there at 1:30 to be helped I would get it. But waiting there that long just to be turned away, not good!

Staff are friendly and quick to serve. They do very well with children and flu shots or COVID vaccines. Will return.
