Moved to target CVS several years ago because the staff was wonderful. Now I am shocked at the horrible customer service including refusing to ring up a single water so I can take my medication. Told they decided customers have to go stand in another line for a water and they are not Target employees. Also CVS staff are now snarky and rude. Won’t be returning only wish CVS would take notice but easier to move to a new pharmacy.

have used this pharmacy for years and been very happy with the service and pharmacists. Unfortunately today I had such a bad experience that we will be finding a new pharmacy.
I came in to pick up a pet prescription. The tech could not find the prescription. It was a little frustrating but I get it, vet prescriptions are more confusing than standard prescriptions. I told her I did have a confirmation from the vet that they called it in but I would confirm with them again and leave the pick up line so she could help the next person. A few minutes later while standing in line I heard the pharmacist yelling on the phone about not having received a prescription and how angry the customer was. I quickly realized she was talking about me. At no point did I get angry with the pharmacy tech or tell them they were wrong. In fact I never even spoke with the pharmacist. (I did confirm with the receptionist at my vet's office that they were indeed yelled at over the phone by the pharmacist.) It was both extremely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing as everyone in the pharmacy was able to hear this.

You cannot use your CVS coupons here. Decently stocked with all your health care needs. I would suggest going a little further to the CVS with its own building so you can gain rewards.

The staff here is great! They deal with so many colorful personalities on a daily; I can’t imagine being in their shoes. I appreciate this staff so much.?

Doesn’t have all the selection of a normal CVS, it’s really just the pharmacy in a Target.
