I placed an order and received an email that the order was processed, but never received a shipment confirmation. I emailed them and tried to reach by phone and found the voicemail box was full. I have nothing but great words for this company, I was having trouble trying to find a good house warming gift for a friend, but with the patience of the employees they helped me find a couple good wall tapestries and items related to housewarming. Made my day finding this shop. Thanks again!
