The worst hotel where I’ve ever stayed, it smells like curry, it smells like marijuana, it smells like cigarettes, the bed is very bad, it’s sunk, it’s not comfortable, it smells musty, the bathtub I found hairs, the sink the water doesn’t go down, there are no electricity connectors, I wanted to turn on the microwave and there was no connector nearby. There is not enough light. HORRIBLE BREAKFAST. There is not even the basic breakfast!!! Horrible and very expensive

This was booked by accident. We tried to cancel but the cancellation was denied. There are in fact roaches a plenty. I told the front desk and they said they can spray or switch our room but, if they switch our room then no refund. So they came in, squirted 4 spots, then left. 5 minutes later roaches. Again I went down to the front desk and they said they could switch us to a different room. So we packed up all of our things and moved to a different room. I switched on the bathroom light only to notice a much larger roach. I told the front desk and they said they could comp the room. So I laid in bed until morning watching roaches walk up and down the walls until I finally passed out.
It has been a month and there has been zero comp.

If I can put a negative I would! Please please please run !! You’ll be paying for roaches EVERYWHERE !! Disgusting!! Bed bugs roaches !! Asked for a refund and was denied and lied to. I cannot ad a video but I will be screenshotting a pic !

SCAM ALERT!
Do not book a stay at this hotel. I checked into my room and within minutes had killed two cockroaches, one of which was crawling in the bed when I pulled the sheets back.
I immediately went to the front desk and refused the room, telling them I was going to go to another local hotel instead. The desk attendant refused to issue me a refund and told me that only a manager could check me out of my room before morning. He expected me to leave without any documentation that I hadn't fulfilled my stay at the hotel. He told me the only recourse was to call back in the morning and speak to a manager so that I could be issued a refund. I requested he write a note explaining why I left and went to another hotel.
Surprise surprise, in the morning not one of my five or six phone calls was answered, nor were the calls from the customer service team of the booking agency I used for the reservation. Weeks later I got an email from the booking agent saying the hotel was refusing a refund.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BOOK A ROOM HERE. You will be scammed if you refuse to sleep in filth. Shameful.
Noteworthy details: The hotel is run down and filthy, bugs in the rooms, thin walls, bad smells. The hotel staff are scammers.

The new leadership has significantly changed things around. Quality of service has abundantly exceeded my expectations. Excellent job and keep it up!

I stayed at this motel for 4 days. IT WAS VERY PLEASANT STAY FOR ME FOR THE PRICE I PAID. It has improved since I was there two months ago. No noisy people anymore at the front desk. The front desk person was very polite. The manager there was very helpful. The room I stayed in was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. 100% RECOMMENDED!!

The location is really convenient if you're attending a concert. But the service was awful, the manager refused to check us in because my friend had her married name on her license and her maiden name on her credit card. We ran to a local ATM for cash and when we got back to check in, he had accidentally charged the card on file anyway. But the worst part we discovered when we got back from our concert. German cockroaches on the bedside table ? 3 of them in plain sight so you know there were hundreds more somewhere. The walls are moldy and patched over, smells like cigarettes and weed but ROACHES. Don't do it.

My daughter and I stayed for one night. One of the beds had orange spots on blankets, there were roaches in bathroom and one in the bed. The sink faucet and shower faucet were loose and flopped around, the bathroom door knob wasn't screwed together. 1 out of 3 lamps worked and floors were dirty. When brought to front desk attention they said they'd look into it. Obviously now seeing similar reviews they aren't looking into it.
