I like Cindy and the older lady. The man, Andy, has cut my feet during pedicures. I won’t let him do them now. Andy did my dip nails today, and my fingers are bleeding in 8 spots. He kept saying “Oops sorry!” I didn’t move. I sat exactly how he had me placed. He cut my fingernail on my own nail, it was actively bleeding, and then put it in the dip powder. I’m glad I don’t have any communicable diseases, but how do I know what other people have? On top of that, I’m PISSED because he said he could do the design. It looks SO BAD. Cindy tried to help him fix it, but the more he messed with my fingers the more I wanted to cry. I was fine with him saying he didn’t know how. There were 4 people there- I was the only customer. I’m never going back. I’m so sad.

I found this place three years ago, and I haven’t been able to find another like it since. I drive 45 minutes just to get my nails done here! The customer service is outstanding—they truly go above and beyond. Everyone is so welcoming, and the level of professionalism is unmatched. Not to mention, their nail designs are absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for top-tier service and beautiful results!

Bad job by an old man working there he didn’t pay attention to anything my mom or me was saying to him and he did not remove the acrylic and just put the polish on and we asked for a manicure and he didn’t pull out the dead skin and he didn’t want to fix it and I was pretty sure he was cussing us out in Vietnamese and the other guy working there would not pay attention to anything my mom said to fix it and she kept showing him the nail and he would just stare and that was the other man the man that messed up he was rude the whole time and we didn’t get it fixed there because their was a lady getting her nails done and we didn’t fell like disturbing her so we just left but her nails are so ugly there’s a hill on the nail and it’s not smooth at all I did my nails with Cindy they tired out so nice and pretty if you planning to book there or go there don’t or just ask for Cindy because my nails are so cute just don’t book with the older guy .

Cindy is the best! She did my toes and fingernails perfect, and my feet feel so much better, and the polish lasted forever! Her nail spa is also so pretty and very clean! Highly recommend!

Warning!!! Horrific Experience !!! I needed to get my nails done, and my usual salon was busy, so I decided to take a chance on this salon. Huuuggge mistake!! The pedicure was mediocre, to say the least, because the polish chipped and my toenails broke about a week later. Mind you, my toenails normally last about a month before I need to refresh. My fingernails had gel powder on them, and I requested the same, cut my nails short, and ingrown nails. Tina kept filing my nails instead of cutting them and then argued with me when I had asked her to cut them short. In addition, she got the gel powder all over my nails and skin on top, underneath on the sides, etc. It was a horrible mess!! When I pointed this out, she told me it was because I got my nails cut short. First of all, I may not be a expert in the field of nails but I do know that getting powder all over my skin on top of my nails and all around my nails had NOTHING to do with the length of my nails!! Then she put regular gel color polish on top of the gel powder. Again, I'm no expert, but I do know your no suppose to mix them. I had to get them redone because my nails were so weak that they started cracking and breaking. In addition to all this, she charged me extra for the gel polish. I ended up paying $110 for a botched nail job! Shame on this nail salon for treating me like this. I hope and pray they shut down or make it right because my experience was one I wouldn't wish on anyone and NEVER want to experience that again.

5 stars & I didn’t even get my nails done, I just got them taken off. I didn’t catch my tech’s name, but from the reviews, it’s Cindy the owner. She was hands down one of the nicest, sweetest nail techs I have ever visited. She was gentle as well, which I really appreciated because I’ve left some places with cuts on my hands from rougher handling. She was very friendly & welcoming, kept up conversation. Overall a very warm & welcoming experience, I will 100% be back. I’m moving 30 miles away in a month, but best believe I’ll come back for Cindy to do those designs she specializes in & loves to do!

I came to this nail salon every two weeks prior to the change in management. I’ve only been back twice since the change in management and each time has been a total disappointment. The first time my nails were too long and the gentleman would not cut them down despite my numerous requests. I decided to give them another chance because everybody has an off day. On the second occasion I chose a color nail polish that they legitimately did not have enough of to do a full paint job. Instead of telling me that they would not have enough of the nail polish color they proceeded to paint my nails and they looked absolutely horrific. Instead of a dark green color it was a splotchy almost translucent green. When I complained, they did absolutely nothing. I ended up paying a different salon to change the nail polish color. I will never be back and if you value your money I suggest you stay away.

I love coming here to get my nails done. The pedicures are always amazing and put me to sleep. So relaxing. My nails are always on point!!!! Most times I let Cindy do the designs she wants because she does such a great job. I highly recommend anyone to come here
