Lotfy was very helpful and personable. He helped us make decisions on sizing and style and feel confident about our choice. We are very happy with his service to us and with the options offered in the store.
Lotfy is much more of a jeweler than a salesman, which makes him very pleasant to work with.

Leo was so knowledgeable and helpful in choosing a wedding ring and getting an antique wedding ring sized. A chain jewelry store was going to take two weeks to size the ring that Leo can do in a couple of days. He also has a much larger selection of men’s wedding rings than the other store at a better price. I was very impressed.

I had an amazing experience with Lofty. His expertise, kindness, and ability to work within a budget is amazing. If you are looking for a place to buy a ring I couldn’t recommend Lofty at diamond concepts more! My fiancé and I will be back for wedding bands in the very near future :)

We had the best shopping experience. Lotfy was very tentative to our needs from picking out the perfect set for myself with my Fiancé and then picking out the perfect band for him, sizing, customizing, and even engraving. We were able to get our items back super quickly just in time for our first event as an engaged couple. Can't thank him and Diamond Concepts enough for everything!

Sketchy place, lofty has his head in the stars. Texting women to agriavate their relationships. Maybe not the man you want out front of the shop. Not a good way to get new clients.

Lotfy worked on a custom engagement ring for me that took months. He made multiple wax rings for my fiancé to look at before she made her final decision. He was extremely helpful, nice, and understanding. He helped me finance some of the ring to make it easier for me. Every time we come back to see him he offers to clean it and polish it. He is a great Jeweler. I would recommend him 10/10 times.
