The place is run by kids without any management oversight. Service is poor, quality of food and drinks are subpar. Waited for 15 minutes on the drive through window to be acknowledged, then they did not have my mobile order ready (that was placed over 20 minutes prior to arrival).

4 employees and I was the only customer inside, I only ordered a dozen donuts from their kiosk and it took them 10 mins to hand me my order. It was only until I made eye contact with one of the employees that they served

Stopped inside for a cold brew. Waited about 5 minutes at the counter before someone took my order. There were a few people inside that had already ordered and were awaiting their food and drink - the Drive Thru was very busy. Ordered a medium with half 'n half. As I watched my drink being made - the barista added whipped cream to it - which I did not request. I called out to him that I did not want whipped cream. So he remade my drink. Once I got the drink - it was strong and delicious! Got the ole neurons firing properly! #Dunkin

I did mobile order and I waited 20 min for cold hash brown and sandwich and they weren’t even busy very disappointing I love Dunkin and this is not the customer service I was use

We visited the store four times. During our visits, we noticed the employees who took our orders were not well trained and this is not an issue because the employee may be a new hire. In one of my visits, I found out they overcharged me. Later it was refunded after showing it to the manager. On my last visit, I just asked the manager to find out what is the standard amount of cream cheese they give in a bagel (please see photo). I regularly visit DD in Tackett's mill and I know how they serve. She looked at me and heard my question but did not come close to me or even look at me to listen to what I had to say. She didn't answer my question but her reply was "Now what do you want" while she was browsing her phone. It was rude, this is not the service the manager is supposed to give.

Attention 0, I really like the coffee at this place but lately my experience in the service is very bad, the truth is that it is no longer the same, unfortunately because of the employees they lose customers.

I really love the location of this Dunkin. It's easy to get to and close to my house. However, the service here is really slow. I've went on 4 different occasions all slow, drive thru especially. Seems like maybe short staffed. The food and drinks taste good it's just a location that runs slow

This place is a joke. If you have time to waste then stop here. I stood in line for 15 minutes no one in front of me and they never even acknowledge me. I finally ask if I could be help and they look at me as if I was out of line. 2 minutes later someone came to help me with an attitude might I add. I ordered a coffee and a bagel with cream cheese on the side, well when I got my bagel I had more cream cheese than began. I ask if I could get my bevel without cream cheese and the lady said they did not tell me no cream cheese so that’s how you got it. I then told them to give me my bagel with cream cheese on the side or give me my money back for everything it was at this point they remade my bagel.Again this place is a joke and don’t waste your time here. You will get better service at a gas station.

The drive through is most times very slow from 6am-7:30am. I sat in line more than 10 minutes Friday. I also don't like that second lane where cars merge in. Why can't they wait in line like everyone else. I don't understand why that's needed.

Went by a couple weeks ago to grab breakfast for the family, ordered curbside. Waited about a half hour then ended up going in and picking it up off the counter myself, no longer warm. I was a restaurant manager for ten years, I understand it gets busy, but balancing the walk-in with the drive-thru with the curbside needs to be a focus for this location.

I go there often because it is close to my kid's dance studio. The place needs a new manager because they never have any donut available. Last Saturday at 1 PM the donuts shells were completely empty and they told me that they were not "baking" any more.
