Ordered an edible arrangement and card to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. The package was delivered with the wrong card in the wrong language to the wrong person. I called and left several messages with the local store as well as the corporate office. After multiple attempts, I have yet to be contacted by either the local or corporate office. I will NEVER order another edible arrangement again. I see now why their ratings are so low.
