Somebody needs to inform this establishment and its technicians to use a sufficient amount of paint on the nails. I only came here because my nail technician is out of town and I have an event to attend this weekend. While the lady did a nice job on the pedi massage, she ruined it by skimping on the polish. I kept requesting that she use some paint on my nails and stop acting scared. The amount of paint on the brush was so minute that I could see more black bristles than pink polish. Ridiculous! She was the same way with my toes. You all need to stop being stingy on the paint. Oh, and I had to tell her to use the base coat on my nails. She was really going to just paint the nail without it. REALLY??? I guess they think ppl are stupid and don't know anything. I'm convinced ppl are working in there unlicensed with the lack of skill I observed. To top it off, she drilled too far on my cuticle, and it was hurting for a couple of days. I was very verbal with her, and rightfully so. If I'm paying, do a good job & stop being cheap. USE SUFFICIENT POLISH ON THE NAILS. YOU CAN BUY MORE! I don't need the polish to chip in 2 days. My much better qualified nail tech will be back next week, and I can't wait for her to get this trash job off my nails.

It was a great experience and he really massaged my feet and made them feel special so thank you guys !! And I also found me a new nail tech named Jenny; who did my nails very professionally and beautifully as well !!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Jennie is a WONDERFUL pedicurist. I always get the Volcano Pedicure and she goes above and beyond every time and always reminds me to “enjoy”. She takes about an hour and a half and really takes her time with everything. She gives an excellent massage.

Essence nail spa is the best nail Solon I ever went to they had great service and the nail tech vi did such a great job everything was so neat and they also played calming music and they did my nails so gently I would come here again

(Cuts on fingers were there prior to appointment) In LOVE! Haven't had my nails done in years, couldn't remember who or where I got them done last. I was panicking looking at places cause all the reviews were so mixed. But I called here for a walk in appointment and she was able to fit me in within the hour. I got there early just cause I know I take a long time to pick a color. But she fit me in early! Offered me a variety of beverages, was so kind with conversation and so fast and gentle and I'll say these are the best nails I've ever had. Vivian did incredible work for an incredible price and all at MY convenience. This whole experience makes me comfortable to keep going back!
