Doug and his team are friendly, professional and honest, our heater went out and we were getting the run around from another company for a week with no heat! One of their techs came out and within 2 hours our heat was working better than before

Joe is an awesome technician. He came out earlier than expected and fixed my homes heating in under an hour. He also got my home the correct preventative measure to stop this issue from reoccurring.

I set up service with Express Tech. Air after another big box company tried to sell us on services and equipment we did not need. Joe was very polite, knowledgeable, and did not try to sell us on anything we did not need.

Doug did a great job finding out the problem in the HVAC system, and fixing it. Your (the company) service is expensive but I care a lot of the quality of the job done. I hope I would not see these huge electric bills in the months to come! Thank you, Doug. Hope not to see you soon ( in a good way…lol), except for the routine maintenance.
