I cannot say enough great things about Rick, the Store Manager at Extra Space Storage in the Manassas location! From the very first interaction, he went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. Rick took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
What really stood out was his friendliness and attention to detail—he makes you feel like more than just a customer. It’s rare to find someone who combines excellent customer service with true kindness and efficiency, but Rick does it effortlessly.
If you’re looking for storage and want peace of mind knowing you’re in good hands, I highly recommend working with Rick. He truly sets the standard for what great customer service should be.
