  FedEx ground drivers refuse to follow instructions!! They will not use the code provided for the entry gate. Though the code has been provided to FedEx in their app, on the FedEx website for our acct and directly to customer service.   Compliments to your crew who delivered a heavy box to 9750 Copeland Drive Manassas 20109 on Saturday. The young men were still in front of my home when my 70 year old mother was trying to get the box inside. The driver asked if she needed help, and came back to the house and moved the package indoors for her. Fine young... read full comment

  Lied and said they tried to delivery my package and business was closed. I am a residential address, was home, and doesn’t require a signature.
