Unprofessional customer service. The FedEx website showed “Delivery exception – Consignee closed for holiday,” which was completely inaccurate. Our business was open during normal hours, and no FedEx driver showed up or attempted to deliver the package. Very disappointing and misleading experience.

This local office fail to deliver and even charge me a redelivery fee, the supervisor is also super unhelpful.

Fedex is the worst courier around! Package said delivered and my package is no where to be found. Takes a arm and a freaking leg just to get in contact with an incompetent customer service rep who’s telling me he can’t even contact the person who was on my route!! HATE FEDEX. do not recommend!!!
