Terrible experience with the online phone terrible experience with the online phone system I hate it I never use it again FedEx is disappointed me all I want to do is talk to representative and all I got was the one around of multiple menus and all that crap if you want to talk to somebody it should be direct not this multiple shit that you people do

I went to have invitations printed after a long battle with my printer and the file, Tabbitha was wonderful! She help make the invitation fit on a 5x7 and they looked beautiful, nice quality and color. I will be back for my printing needs. Thanks again Tabbitha!

A few weeks ago I had to visit Manassas for a funeral. I was responsible for having the funeral programs printed and folded but had just lost my grandmother and had no idea what I was doing. The entire staff, but particularly the manager on duty, worked their tails off to help me. They even brought me tissues and comforted me when I couldn’t contain my emotion. There were other customers present and the staff still attended to them and called them by name. They treated me and my family like we were family and I couldn’t have shared my grandmothers story without them. Supreme customer service, all around a fantastic group of people to work with.

I always visit this place, Really professional and welcoming. Tabitha in particular is passionate about her work. She moved my box to my car without asking, as I had a neck tightness and spasms. Such a friendly environment.

I use this place regularly for work shipping. Always a quick and professional job. But with a friendly smile and often a great story from the day's events. Don't mind dropping by at all.

Dropped off items here and have things held at this location a couple of times, but never did a review so this is based on many visits to the store.My experience has always been very good, and today was over the top outstanding. Shout out to Tabitha who truly provided excellent customer service shipping oddly packaged items.Sorry for all the people who they have different experience otherwise.

First time mailing a package through FedEx. Kevin who helped me was very kind and patient. He didn’t rush me or got annoyed when I didn’t have all my stuff ready to go. Instead he multi-tasked and was very quick and helpful on get things packed up and mailed out for me. Other staff there are also very welcoming and positive. Thanks Kevin for your caring and friendly service towards me.

Kevin (I think his name was Kevin?) was just great! The print job went very smoothly and quickly (which was especially great since I was coming in so late in the day without any warning!) and Kevin even hole-punched the documents for me. He worked with me on the right shipping option for me, and we got the package out the door in time. Thank you so much to this lovely staff for always being positive, responsive, and helpful.

Do not go to this location! They have absolutely incompetent staff. I went to have my computer shipped to a location overnight AM delivery and then have it shipped back to me overnight (Saturday delivery). The lady who was helping me created both labels and gave me the tracking numbers. First delivery went fine. When I saw tracking on the return, it showed 2 day. I went back to the office and explained that they placed 2 day return label in the box instead of overnight. They couldn't comprehend the mistake made and said to talk to the manager who will come in the next day.FedEx has no solution on a package that's in transit (can't change labels while in transit) with wrong label provided by their employee.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! VERY INCOMPETENT!

I had a giant box with a prepaid FedEx Ground shipping label to drop off. I called an hour prior to dropping it off to make sure they'd take it. When I spoke to the gentleman on the phone I told him that the box was originally sealed with carton staples but I didn't have any (who does?) to re-seal it and would have to use shipping tape. I asked if they had carton staples and he said they didn't. I asked if they had the plastic shipping strapping and he said they did. I asked how much it would be and he said they'd just throw a couple on the box. Great! I verified what time they closed and said I'd be over to drop it off. I got there an hour later, borrowed a dolly to get the box in and when I spoke to the manager he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about with the plastic straps and they didn't have them. There were only 3 employees there, two men and a woman. I'm pretty sure the person I spoke to on the phone was the manager. If it wasn't, the other guy was helping another customer and he didn't interject or say anything. So it was either that guy or the manager I was talking to- who had just out right lied to me on the phone just an hour earlier. I just don't understand the point in lying to a customer on the phone. Why? What do you gain from that? Be better.
