If we could give this place no stars we would, especially after what we went through. My dad came home very frustrated after his visit with this particular location of Firestone. He had previously gone in 4 times (spread out in a span of 5 months) before his last visit and needed an oil change and alignment. He requested to have a copy of his alignment as he has been having an issue with his camber and wanted a copy for his mechanic. He had been told that the printer was not working, which while he was frustrated, he understood that can happen, but of course was annoyed at how the printer could be broken for more than a month at most, especially at such a big franchise like Firestone. So, instead of going in a 5th time eyes closed, he called beforehand to make sure that he would be able to get a copy of alignment paperwork. After the oil change and alignment was completed when he asked for the copy, he was again denied and was told the printer was broken again. That would infuriate anyone who used their time and energy to go to a Firestone that is at least 25 min away from their house, who was told would be able to get a copy, and be denied after spending an hour there. Are you just not checking the car?? Is that why there is no copy available for you to print out? Because if so, how would a big nationwide store be able to do Safety Inspections or even Oil Changes and not give someone their legal document showing their vehicle is safe to drive on the road. That is absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your time at a location that can't even fix or replace their printer, because who knows if they're actually fixing your car...

deserve no stars. I've been coming here for the past five years, and this time I had to have my car aligned. I didn't have an appointment, so I arrived at around 2:00 PM. They said we could work on it in an hour, so I said okay, I'll wait. I waited for three hours, and each time I went to see the employee, they were either chatting or acting like they were swiping the floor, and then they said, "Your car is ready."
When requested for a printed report, the woman said, "We don't print," going to the garage before returning and remarking, "Oh, we didn't do the front!" due to the bolt being very tight! We only did the back, thus alignment is limited to the back? When I asked for a report, they stated they would send it to me via email, but all they sent me was an invoice for tire rotation, which they charged for! You cannot simply defraud a customer in that way and walk away.
Because they only want to work with appointments and complete their hours slowly, the staff here are lazy, carless, and just perform the bare minimum. As a customer, that is not my concern; if you don't enjoy your job or get paid less, it is not me who exacts revenge.

Last month I went to change brake pads and rotors hence it was changes they told me but they next day sneaking sound coming from cars when I press brakes so I think they didn’t changes the brakes pads and telling lie and charge me. Because they couldn’t open the log nut of front wheel and need to replaced so I said okay but one 1 hours they didn’t change the log nut and they done with the service stating that they manage to open it. After 45 months from service the sneaking sound from brake is still coming. Worst service ever.

Aside from the reality of the fact that car repairs are expensive in general, which sucks, I had a really great experience with this shop. I've purchased tires here twice in the past 6 months. Each time, the customer service was better than I expected and the prices were reasonable and consistent with what I found elsewhere. They also give a military/veteran discount, which is great.
Recently we hit a curb and blew 2 tires not far up the road. I took the wheels off and brought them in, they put new tires on quickly and helped me get back on the road. When I got the tires on I brought the car in to have them check the alignment and they also rotated the tires as a gratuity (probably logically as part of the tire purchase) they also checked around and let me know they didn't find any additional damage.
The team here was very friendly, helpful, flexible with my situation, and helped to make the crappy situation a little better. In particular, I really enjoyed and appreciated interacting with Mark, he was awesome!

This place is turtle shop! I see employees working in slow motion and just chilling very small thing to do here u wait for 3h they simply kill time and don’t even care ! If I willing to do sit 3h go for it waste ur whole day for nail in tire

Had a unfortunate mishap with a big, long nail in one of my tires so I brought my car in with no appointment made and Tony was quick to assist me. After shortly waiting, my car was pulled into the bay then Tony showed me two other potential safety issues. He worked with me and was able to take care of my needs after listening to my concerns. Tony was a great help throughout the process from start to end. Great customer service to such a frustrating inconvenience!

My breaks were really bad and had to get them fixed, so I went to this store but I didn't have an appointment, but they took me in as soon as the could, Tony was great and he always so helpful, He went far and beyond with his customer's service. Thank you Tony!!

I had an appointment scheduled for 130pm of a Monday which is when I brought my car in. All I asked for was an alignment and to get a quote for a tune up. Around 3 or 4 I received a car quoting them both but I had decided on just the alignment. Around 615 I had to call them back myself because I knew they closed at 7 and they had not told me my car was ready. When I called they said my car was finished and I could come pick it up. When I got there, however, the guy said that there had not been ANY work done on my car. He replied he couldn’t get the bolts off to get to the axles or something along those lines. So basically I spend 6 hrs on a Monday without a car for absolutely no reason. I called the next day to speak to Marc the manager who insisted he was going to investigate and get back with me. Obviously he never did! This was the worst customer service I have ever received from a Firestone and I’ve been going to them for years. My advice if you would like to get a service done at this Firestone is to constantly be calling to see if your car is finished and that they actually are doing work on it!!!!!!!!

3.75 hrs to mount 2 tires. They wanted to charge me for 2 tpms sensors that they installed 2 years ago. Long wait even with an appointment. The state inspector left early 2 days in a row.

The customer service rep did a great job of listening to the issues I thought I had with my brakes. He inspected them and called me to let me know that my brakes had plenty of life on them, and based off my description, he recommended a brake fluid flush. I appreciate that he didn't just replace the brakes and charge me the money, instead he made the honest recommendation that saved me money.

I scheduled an appointment through your website to have my car brakes checked. However, when I arrived at the designated time, I discovered that my reservation was not in your system. This experience reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for your customers' time, raising serious doubts about the quality of service you provide. Unfortunately, this was my first time trying your service, and it will also be my last. I will be advising others to avoid using your services as well.
