This place sucks. Do not shop here. I was looking for one thing and all the employees were diddledaddling and not doing there job. This store is terrible and the employees do not do their job. Never shop here.

I went today to get some supplies for a birthday party. At the register the items rang up more expensive than the listed clearance tag on the items. When I asked the associate about it, she said because of inflation the prices are more now. As a shopper, I expect the price tags to accurately reflect the price of the item. Very frustrating to have the price increased unexpectedly at the register and the associate insist she will not honor the price on the tag on the sticker on the item. Frustrating. Not to mention how unorganized the entire store was. I recognize that there was limited staff but wow, there were items and boxes all over the place. Incredibly difficult to navigate the aisles without bumping into something.

They are not respecting their marketing signs, they clearly advertise 2 remote controlled cars for $10 but then at cashier they renegade the offer.

Never been to five below before I was expecting prices to be below five dollars. As I was looking around a lot of nice things prices range between $30-$40. It shouldn’t be called five below. It should be called $50 below nothing in there’s really five dollars basically the small items are five dollars disappointing they really need to think a different name for that store. And they charging you for a bag come on

Went into the Sudley Manor location today. We were doing well until we went to check out. My toddler daughter found some lose coins in the coin dispenser and then the younger AA woman put her hand out and demanded .50 from her. Literally said to a TODDLER to ‘Give me that, it’s mine’. Then also tried to ring up my child’s hat that’s from VINEYARD VINES and then copped an attitude when I asked for it back because it’s not even from that store. Oh, and now you have to pay .35 for a bag. Will not be going back.

So I genuinely want to share my horrible experience. Let me start by saying the name of the associate “Angel” got to know she is also the manager of this location which was very surprising, ok so what happened was I wanted to get small case for my ear buds, I picked up few options to see how much each cost so I scanned them in check out to see prices, and while doing that I chose one and I went ahead to pay for that one I wanted to do cash payment in self checkout but didn’t knew how to do so I grabbed Angel, which was my biggest mistake, when the transaction ended it showed lil more than I expected so I asked her “ hey wats going on I only want to take one case and it is showing xx amount “ she was super rude replies back saying “ have you heard something called patience “ I asked her one question and she replied me that way, and I got super annoyed by the way she spoke to me so asked her if I can speak to manager she told me she is the one , she got soo violent with me that two associates had to come to send her back, and she would still not go, and she also showed me middle finger, I didn’t even get the case because of her , so in the walkie talkie she shared with her colleagues that I was getting in her nerves, she also was trying to lean ahead I felt like she was trying to hit me
