My salesperson Thelma was absolutely awesome from start to finish. I must have visited both stores 50x and was never rushed or discarded. She was always willing to answer any of my many question. So far I have purchased a bedroom set and living room set and can’t wait to furnish my basement. I definitely recommend the Furniture House and I credit it all to Thelma.

This is my favorite furniture store in the DMV area! The owner, Maged, is super friendly and welcoming. His team helped us find the couch we were looking for. They were not pushy at all, unlike other stores. The deal we got was excellent and totally within our budget. On top of that, Maged kept us posted on the shipping status until the delivery day. I totally recommend this shop!

We purchased the sofa and couch a couple of weeks ago and were delivered just today. They were at the warehouse last week but we had to get rid of our old ones first. The sales person named Thelma was very helpful. We exchanged lots of messages and she helped me a lot. Quick delivery and great customer service!!! Thank you!!!!

In February, after searching a number of furniture stores, we visited The Furniture House (note they have two locations in Manassas) and were pleasantly greeted by Lena on the sales floor. She helped us find what we wanted, not pushy at all. We were thrilled to find out we were able to get our furniture immediately without a wait especially at this time when most furniture stores have several months wait. Basically, you purchase what they have on the floor, although ordering is possible also. Delivery was quick on the couch and a matching loveseat we purchased. The manager, Maged, was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole experience. Quality furniture at reasonable prices. Highly recommend a visit.

Stopped by here on Sunday and bought a sofa. Sofa was delivered today Tuesday, just two days later. This was excellent. The two ladies that work the store are so nice and helpful. The two delivery drivers were nice too and they delivered on the scheduled day. Everything perfect!

I love this store and will come back. I was looking for a quality chair, and Furniture House is one of the few licensed dealers in NoVA for England brand high quality furniture. The price was reasonable. The staff was very helpful, and they delivered my purchase to my home 45 minutes away. If you don't like IKEA or Bob's Furniture, Furniture House is the store for you.

The store delivery men came here and made a perfect delivery. I want to compliment you on their absolute professionalism, you have the best delivery crew of any store I've ever ordered from. If you are looking for a friendly genuine furniture store than look no more! We walked into the door and was greeted by Nyet, who was so genuine and friendly! She asked what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. She was very knowledgeable of her products and what she had in stock. We found exactly what we needed and at a fabulous price! Then to top it off I could pick exactly when I wanted delivery! It was perfect! I will be going back!
