Consistently great! My usual haircut is simple, but the results vary based on stylist and effort. This stylists at this location have always nailed it, and it was clear that Natalie applied great attention to detail when working on my hair today!

Been going here for a while and usually received good service. Last Tuesday when I went in, they assiged a new girl to me for my haircut. They told me she was in training for checking folkes in and out but had experience cutting hair. She had 0 experience with men's hair. She did an awful job with my haircut. Her technique was way off and she took over 30 mins trying to cut my hair. Not to embarrass her, at the time I just left and went to another barber shop to fix my uneven, unblended cut! My hair is much shorter than what I wanted but its cut evenly now. I will not be back!

We used to go to this location for the entire family. The last several times we went the personnel were not professional at all.
The last time we went we signed in online for 2 haircuts. When we got there they told us we didn't sign up for 2 despite receiving a text messages confirmation for each appointment. The gentleman was very rude to my wife and also told her that they would have to wait an additional 45 minutes.
We used to enjoy going to this location. It seems that most of the previous hairdressers have moved on from this location.

This lady who reeked of smoke cut WAY more than asked. Next time do what your asked. I'm sorry that you we're having nicotine withdrawals and couldn't do your job PROPERLY. Their is a reason why she's old and still works at a Great clips.

I love Mila, she understands my cowlicks and knows not to cut too short or they will stick up on the back of my head. I explained it to a different stylist and I left with a big bald spot. I like the check in on the app also and most of all the senior citizen discount.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR HAIRCUT BY DAISY! I went to this Great Clips store on 17 February 2025 to get a haircut with 2 PICTURES to explain how I wanted the style. After Daisy was done and showed me what she had done, I was so shocked and could not wait to leave the store immediately! It was a complete disaster with excessive and horrible layers, nothing comparable to the pictures I showed her! I don’t even know how to style my hair in its current state! I need to go to a real hair stylist to get it fixed. It will take at least 7-8 months for my hair to somewhat grow. Just unbelievable and so disappointing! I will NEVER go back again.

Went to get layers and left this the most choppy hair I've ever seen it was a straight line above the ends of my hair. Ended up having to get that all cut off and now have super short hair.
