Lovely pavilion in the center of town. Nice place to gather as a community. Convenient location near shops and restaurants. I heard from the vendors that it's very difficult to rent that space due to bureaucracy and lots of paperwork.

My sister and I drove an hour to meet each other and have lunch .The Pavilion was recommended by a local after having lunch .The Pavilion is truly a beautiful place except for this Amar guy screaming and disrupting the peace selling ice pks for sale 3 for $20 and passing out business flyers for his mobile mechanic business to everyone that walks by.This man had a tripod and cameras hooked up insisting you watch videos about how he was arrested for trespassing due to a protest at the jail.He said, he needed my money for his lawyer because, he was illegally arrested. He seemed very upset I wasn't able to give him money. Then I heard him cursing at someone on the phone.My first time visiting It was very disappointing after driving long distance my sister and I could not sit with one another and relax.Even One of the locals stated, he is there everyday begging for money until 2oclock in the morning. I will definitely choose a different location to enjoy some quality time with my sister.

Nice little shady area to sit and enjoy the day. Haven't been in a while but could charge phone or whatnot. Bathrooms are only open randomly it seems

Great place right in the center of Olde town for activities train watching and so much more.

Very good and close to indoor parking.
Toilets: It has bathrooms, only two, one for women with three stalls and another for men with urinals and three stalls. There are very few when there are festivals.
Dog-friendliness: I saw about 6 to 8 people with their dogs in their harness and very well behaved.

Harris Pavillion is a great gathering place in the Historical City of Manassas. Today was the Puerto Rican Festival. Hundreds of people, so many delicious food vendors. Activities for everyone. Music was great! Everyone happy enjoying family time!
Toilets: Restrooms were a little messy it was to be expected with so many people, they kept bringing supplies like toilet paper and soap.
Dog-friendliness: Dog owners brought their pets on leash and all dogs w their owners enjoyed the outing.
