There customer service desk is slow. I waited 10 minutes in line to send money through western union. At the end they told me can you come later. Why not tell me from the start so I would have not wasted my time there.

Im really not a raincheck person but we came here to buy sardine for our dog as treats, it was 10 for $10 with a sale tag on the shelf and they had 6 left, they told me they cant give me a rain check for it bc it was not in the paper, manger name was marj. Vickie over ruled her

I should not be required to provide you with a driver's license so you can scan it to get my address in my name I can tell you my name and I can give you my address as well as my phone number. You shouldn't have to scan my ID card just to get a Loyalty Rewards card no other place that I've ever been to requires me to give my ID card.

Very good Harris Teeter, awesome staff. Samara is the best Self-cashier manager, she pays attention and fixes stuff immediately, so very impressed with her. She’s told her she was the best at it bc so far she’s been the most efficient and effective I’ve seen in that self cashier area.
