I plan to avoid this store in the future. Not only could I not get anyone to assist me, and I ended up leaving without ever finding what I was looking for, but when I went back outside I found out that someone had pushed the shopping cart into my car. There are also a multitude of strange looking people hanging around in the parking lot that don't seem to have anywhere to go. Apparently, they hang out here waiting for someone to hire them. There are simply better options in the area.

The worst Home Depot employees I have ever seen in my life. I wanted to buy impact wrench and 4 batteries, but I couldn't because they were on the shelves with passwords and no one knew the password. I waited for 1 hour. Someone was talking to her boyfriend and she was going to someone else. They made an announcement. There was no one around. The announcement was made maybe 5 times, but no one helped. Rude. people

I recently had a very disappointing experience with your customer service. Today, I tried to make a purchase using my card information since the self-service system doesn't allow Apple Pay. When I asked for assistance, the representatives were rude and responded with bad behavior. This is unacceptable and not the level of service I expect.

We went to Home Depot to get some black mulch and they had a skid of mulch, shrink wrapped and spray-painted 3 for $10. We went to checkout and were told the deal ended and we can’t get the price. We told them they needed to take down the shrink wrap with it displaying 3 for $10 but they said they can’t and will not honor the signs price. We had worked in retail for years and never told a customer sorry we know we have this sign but we will not honor it because they don’t want to remove it. They were rude and not customer oriented which they will be having issues all day until they take that sign down. It’s shrink wrapped not permanent paint. We will stop going to this store and maybe switch to Lowe’s all together.

Very bad customer service,, the girl at flooring section was very rude.. even i talk to manager on the shift her name was Ana.. she even didnt help.. please don’t go this home dept store you can find another near by home dept store or any other store.

Terrible customer service, they have things locked up and when you ask for assistance to buy, no one comes. wait for thirty minutes and they just said someone will come and no one comes and you see them talking and they don't help

I frequent many local Home Depot’s in the area and the manassas locations have one of the worst customer service in comparison to Fairfax and dale city locations. Bull run and libera locations need to do better.

Most of the staff were really unhelpful and didn’t want to go beyond helping their clients. I had to ask the staff for some help three times - no one came for the first time. One of them pointed me to the wrong aisle twice. This location would probably be the last place I go to again even though the store was really big.
