As a Home Depot Pro account member, I have always preferred to use Home Depot for my home improvement projects. But, I found myself in unknown territory when asked to in replace a 20+ year old electric wall oven. When I went to the new Home Depot in Haymarket, VA, Randa Medani took the time to explain all of my options and walked me through the decision making process. Randa was wonderful and I am extremely happy to find the best solution at a really great price. Thank you Randa Medani, and thank you Home Depot.

Payed 1200$ for a new dishwasher, which included install and removal. Installers refused to do the work because the job would take to long and they had other deliveries to do. And on top of this i have to wait 12-24 hours for them to refund me the money. I will never shop here again, worst customer service ever!!!!!

Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. First they messed up my appointment with my water heater now they don't know what to do with the old one. It's a joke calling them they have no idea what they are doing. Their answer is always call the online Home Depot or actually them saying they don't know. It's a waste of time.

Staff lacks common sense as well as courtesy. Breaks everything they move for you and then trying to get a manager on the phone is a nightmare. On my 3rd vanity top from them as the first 2 were broken and the "assistant" manager had the audacity to blame my plumber for the lack of care they show when getting a product for you. Not like it was a cheap one either. Do yourself a favor and pick a different location with competent employees. Because they don't care about the customer here.

Ran into this store really quick for my old man to grab a shark bite for a water heater! I wasn’t sure what I was looking for ( of course I know nothing about plumbing) and I asked the guy at paint if he could fine someone to help me he said uhhhh and yelled for another girl who was walking with a plumbing pipe and she was too busy taking to her friend who was another employee that without stopping she says “I know nothing about plumbing” kept walking g and talking.... alrighty then..... ended up asking another customer for help..... fix your employees

We had Home Depot install all new windows and while they did an OK job, they forgot to install one of them and the windows also don't lock at all.

I prefer Lowe's, however, home depot had what I needed. The parking lot lights were out. Disappointed with that.

My fiance' and I had some wood cut here. They cut some of the pieces incorrectly and also delivered 2 pieces in the wrong size. We've trying to get it resolved with several people in the store and the last person we spoke with, today, was Tara. She wanted to fix one of our issues, but not the other. As I'm speaking with her, she begins to talk over me. I repeatedly said "excuse me, excuse me..." so I can get my point across, but she wouldn't stop trying to blame us for the error. TARA HUNG UP IN MY FACE. We have had a horrible experience with this store. She ended up calling back, but is still only fixing one of the issues. We will handle the other issue with corporate office.

the guy working in the garden section is rude & does not wanna help anyone , i asked a simple question & he said " oh i don't really know " why is he working out there if he doesn't know anything & i observed another customer asking for help & he straight up just said no and didn't bother to at least let the customer finish asking , found that rude .

Bought an order online. Went to the store after I got an email telling me my order was ready for pickup. Arrived, and it was not ready for pickup. Waited 15 minutes. The runner still hadnt returned. Went and bought a can of spray paint. Came back to the pickup counter. No sign of my order. Another 15 minutes goes by. Finally had enough. Demanded a refund and walked out. I could have gone to the aisle, grabbed the 12 cans of great stuff, the pro gun, and 1 can of gun cleaner in 5 minutes. Home Depot is a colossal waste of time and energy. Avoid.

Sometimes you gotta be real. The employees here are total trash. Nobody helps. They're snide when you ask for something. They are at work trying to troll and inconvenience you. This location is like Home Depot in some alternate universe. They said the saw was off (?). (You mean broken? Like what?) But everyone in there was so damn lazy I honestly think they just didn't wanna do it. Like 3 cuts on plywood. Seriously, management use this as an fyi. You gotta clean house. Im definitely never coming back, but for your own good

On 4/22/2020 I walked into Home Depot to purchase a mitre saw. I eventually made a decision to take a chance on the Home Depot brand Rigid, it was on sale for 399, it came with all the bells and whistles recently reduced from 529. The lifetime warranty is what sold me. On 5/1/2020 I decided to use my saw, it worked well for the first few cuts and then it started making weird noises. Please keep I. Mind I was cutting MDF. The last cut I made with my R4221 the blade hit the card and partially cut through. I went to the Home Depot where I made the purchase at approximately 0730. They argued with me for about 15 mins because I didn't have the receipt that I must have made my purchase online. I then stated to the manager on duty that if they would just pull my receipt from my card would it not reflect the store number? She went quiet. She then told me that she couldn't find it only to find out that she was typing in the wrong sku. I politely told her that she was typing In the wrong thing. She found my item after an 1hr and 30 mins of doing this dance. She the. Inspected my machine and then said you are missing the bag, can't speak with you unless you have it, totally my fault for not having it I can own up to a mistake. I drove 20 mins home and 20 mins back. The customer in front of me some how convinced her to return custom paint which he had purchased from another store. She finally came to me and said so what do you want to do return it. Sigh, I just wanted a different Mitre saw, so I told her I would like an exchange she said, she then stated that the model had been replaced and that I would have to pay the difference. I told her I didn't want to do that she then said by the Ryobi and get some money back. I didn't want to do that either I mean why would I go from a Rigid which has good reviews to a ryobi. I said Ma,am this is a Home Depot product since you no longer carry the product and your return policy on this item is 180 days I would like a swap of the like model at no cost. She then stated to me why would I want another rigid, if I had a defect with one I may have a defect with another. How can a company not stand behind its own product. The sad thing is they still have them online and she didn't even want to offer me a swap by ordering one online she would rather me get the dewalt at 599 or they Ryobi at 279. I left there feeling like I left a used car sales lot. I am shocked that Home Depot does not stand behind their product. The point of this long winded review don't not by Rigid because they do not believe in it. Also they have zero empathy not once when I told them it broke through the guard did they ask me if I was ok.

I bought a blower and it is no longer working. I came back to the store to return it. They do not personally honor the product. They send you down the road to the group that manufactures it. I am glad this company is close and not in another state then where would I be? The women where not professional. She said this product is well used. Well heck yes it is used. That's why I bought it with the extended warranty. Will be going to there competition for now on.
