Imperial Highline took great care of my son and I ! Jay was our sales representative! Imperial had what I was looking for ! Jay took the time and went above and beyond his sales expertise to answer all my questions and provide me with knowledge about the 2 vehicles I’ve purchased! Can't speak any more highly of my experience in buying a car from Imperial Highline. I worked with Yosuf, who was the most non-pushy salesperson that I've ever dealt with. He answered every question I had and gave me all the time that I needed inspect the car that I was interested in buying. Not once during the car shopping process did I feel rushed and he was really flexible as I worked out getting a PPI done in a condensed timeline. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Imperial Highline if this is their standard for how they do business. Professional and patient from start to finish.

As you would expect from a used car lot, these guys hide all sorts of problems that may be going on with a vehicle. If you’re buying outside of VA be careful because I have a list of repairs and reasons for why I failed my states inspection. Issues like an exhaust manifold leak and bad wheel bearings, all things that can be hidden with heat and lubricants.

My husband and I recently purchased our first family van from Imperial and are very happy! Yosuf was very helpful and friendly. He was easy to work with and had us in and out super fast! He’s helped us, even after purchasing the van, with any questions or concerns. We bought a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan and it’s wonderful. We love our new car! Thank you again!
