I found Jade Nails on Yelp, and I'm so glad I did. Ann really likes her job, and she does excellent work. Her prices are also very reasonable. You know, they're have been times when I haven't been able to get my nails done, and not one of my nails chipped or fell off.

Today I visited Jade’s as a walk in. I had the worst experience. I asked for a pedicure and fill. The lady that did my nails; did an awful job. She did not put enough polish on one of my nails. I tried showing The spot that she missed instead, she kept turning my hand around and keep telling me that she skin. I said it’s my nail. I know that my skin is dark. However, there’s a spot left unpolished on my nail. Then she wanted me to wait to get my pedicure after while she do another lady. I told her absolutely not. I cannot wait another hour for to get a pedicure. My hands look awful acrylic all around my cuticles; never did she correct the problem. Very frustrated never will. I visit Jade again.

Cleanliness: I went in just for a refill which should have been about $25-$30 as they have listed on their board. But I was tricked and had to pay almost $50 only because they stayed open past the closing time to work on my nails.
So be careful when you go to this place, ask for the price before you get the service done.

I used to go to jades all the time when I was younger never had an issue. After 3 years I revisited them about 1 month ago with my daughter and my friend. Lady doing my pedicure was rolling her eyes and had attitude because I was holding my daughter and I accidentally moved and then she started speaking in another language to the lady next to her and then started mimicking me and my friends conversation right in front of us to the lady next to her. So disrespectful and unprofessional. I left with my 2 big toenails two completely different lengths and shapes. mind you I didn't pick up my daughter until after the nail prep was done, so I was as still as possible. Gel polish peeled off after a week and a half.

I've been going to Jades for years. Diana is favorite! She takes her time and doesn't make you feel like you're being rushed. I've visited quite a few salons in the area and I will always walk away disappointed. If I were to move away from the area, I'd still continue to book my appointments with them.

Soooo happy I found this place and it's so close to my house. Prices are much better than most and everyone is so quick and nice! Lin got me in and out for a gel manicure and eyebrow wax in 30 minutes! The place is nice and clean inside with a lot of different options, including cats eye manicures. I will definitely go back and recommend others give it a try!

I went here almost a year ago and I guess they didn’t clean their tools properly because I got nail fungus which I am still dealing with!! I’ve never had any issue like this before. It caused really horrible pain that would wake me up at night for a while, then one of my nails fell off twice and I had to see a podiatrist. Thankfully it’s clearing up now, but this will be the last time I get a pedicure for sure at this place but possibly anywhere honestly, this was such a hassle and it’s been a year to resolve it!! Hopefully I can wear sandals for at least part of this summer.Services: Pedicure

Never again will I come here, rude woman at the desk to the left when u come into their business! I called to check to see if they do nail designs and I was told yes, but when I got there the woman said to me with anattitude what nail design would u like, I said I’m not sure just yet but is looking now! She started my nails and said she have an appt in 30min, we’ll if that’s the case I told her never mind because I knew she will be taking an hour to do a full set, I left and will not be coming back
