“I had a great experience there today. My son and I were looking at jewelry when Cheryl approached us and asked if we needed anything. I realized I needed my engagement ring cleaned while I was there and she offered to take care of that for me. She was extremely friendly and kind. No sales pressure or anything at all. Just friendly as could be. Took care of my ring and offered to set up a reminder for when I need it done again so I keep to the agreement of the warranty on my ring. I greatly appreciated her warm smile and friendliness.”
