I've dealt with alot of shops in my life, this one is one of two that I'd stake my life on. Customer service was amazing. Sean is the man. And the work was done in a timely fashion even with all the supply chain issues that we as a country face. My Acura tl is back to running tip top. Thanks guys.

I recently had the pleasure of using Jim's Shop for some automotive repairs and maintenance, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and Shawn, was very pleasant to work with.The pricing was fair and reasonable, and Shawn offered excellent advice and recommendations throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail, making sure I understood what needed to be done and why.But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. Everyone I spoke with was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. They truly care about their customers and their satisfaction.Overall, I highly recommend this mechanic shop for anyone in need of automotive repairs and maintenance. My 2000 automatic trans went out on the highway. Lost everything except overdrive. Had these guys rebuild the whole thing. Ended up just being a pressure leak in the valve body, but I got the car used and didn't know what kind of damage had been done to it. 6 months later and ive been driving the beast every day, and she screams with power, has nice smooth shifts and doesn't trip up at all like it used to. I've put nearly 15k miles on it since then and couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend this shop;EDIT: Engine went out at about 155K. Camshaft phaser broke loose and she ran without oil pump on the highway, busted up some components. Getting a new motor when possible since I know the transmission is SOLID!Services: Transmission

When the clutch on our truck went out, our primary garage referred us to Jim's for this service. It has been more than five years without an issue. When the clutch went out on our Jeep, they were our first call. The Jeep is older and modified, which presented some challenges, but Jim's found a solution and provided us with honest feedback. The vehicle sat for several months before we seriously drove it again and it began to experience issues. One of the parts was defective and broke within a few miles. We returned to Jim's and explained that very few miles had been put on it despite the time that lapsed since the repair. They checked the mileage against what they recorded during the repair and replaced the part at no additional cost. The referral from our garage, which is also a small family-owned business, was enough for us to trust Jim's work. But, their professionalism and honesty in handling these repairs has earned our loyalty.

Shawn is the nicest guy ever!!!!
On January 12, 2022, my car, 2011 Toyota Scion XB, was stolen. A few days later, on January 16, 2022, it was finally recovered; however, the transaction was completed blown out. Despite the stressfulness of the entire situation/incident, Shawn was beyond amazing and assisted with everything. I am forever grateful for his kindness and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great people and services.

They really helped me get my car back on the road as soon as possible. Staff is awesome, especially Sean, I would call in every few days to make sure we would get our car ready by a certain date and Sean was great with updating us the status. I’m really blown away how awesome this shop was. If I ever need anything transmission related (hopefully I don’t) I will be sure to come here. I will also recommend all my family and friends to this place.

Needed a new clutch among other things. Jim's was very cost effective compared to other places I looked, they were very easy to get ahold of and they called me numerous times to keep me updated on the status of my car. They seem trustworthy to me, a woman with decent knowledge of cars but no way of doing difficult jobs. Will go back if I need to get anything done.
