I operate a fleet out of Manassas Va with IBS Millwork . Mike Johnson has been our go to guy for just about anything auto involved now well over 16 years . No matter where my trucks are or my guys were he’s always brought them home safe dropped them off here at the building and took care of the truck the rest of the way to the repair shop ! I can’t think of one time he’s never told me ‘ I can’t or I’m to busy , it’s tell the driver I’m on my way and stay with the truck . I approve of this company for any and all towing. Mike keeps his word and people should understand that prices all hours of the night may go up. A trustable and reliable towing company but ensure rules before you call them.

Tried using this company and was on the schedule for hauling a garden tractor from Fairfax to Manassas and was on schedule three days out. When the scheduled time arrived they didn’t show up and didn’t know they were going from Fairfax to the Manassas and wanted to charge a whole different rate than what we had agreed on and also wanted me to wait on them. Poor communication, unprofessional and a waste of everybody’s time Don’t recommend.

Great experience. There was a small miscommunication and the info that my car was immobile didn't get passed on, but Terry is a great and experienced guy who knew what we had to do and we managed to get my locked up car onto the truck without a single issue. I can't say it enough, Terry's quick thinking and the fact that he refused to give up saved my day. Extremely helpful, honest, and gets the job done.
