The manager Daniel at Journeys made me feel very uncomfortable. He was very flirtatious and wouldn’t take no for an answer🤢. He creeped me out and I had to ask security to walk me back to my car. DO NOT Recommend if you are a women who is too nice to say no!🤐

Love this Journeys it’s close to my house and my sisters love to go when we need a fresh new pair of shoes. Angel the manager knows exactly what he’s doing. I came in not knowing what shoes I wanted for my new style and Angel helped me picked beautiful shoes. The store is very nice and clean. I felt very welcomed. Honestly I feel like Angel should be running the place he’s awesome and kind and extremely patient and firm! Give this dude a raise and keep doing what you guys are doing!

Never shop here! Got me a wrong size pair of schuss. Went in for exchange and was told I needed the 'box'. And she had to call her ''boss' for permission. Couldn't help me. Gave my number to wait for her to get call back from boss. What a dump.

This is by far the worst Journeys I have ever been to. I shop at Journeys all the time and I never thought I would ever say I won't be going back to this one. The costumer service was awful. I didn't like how the guy spoke to my mother, I honestly wanted to leave. He didn't greet us when we enter, he made it seem as if we were in his way and he was just rude. I just don't understand how that guy can be a manager of the store or someone under the manager position. There were too many mistakes with the computer there. Please get them some new computers because the screen was going in and out. I bought the shoes I wanted online at the store but I never received a receipt in my email.

I tried to call the store to check and see if they had a certain shoe in stock. A different store location tried calling them for us and went straight to voicemail. After 2 hours we've tried reaching the mannassas store mulitple times. Still no answer we went into the store and tried asking for help. Nobody greeted us or asked if we needed help. The girl that we asked for help was rude and did'nt even say anything after we told her nobody answered the phone for 2 hours. Horrible customer service!!

I ordered my daughter a pair of shoes but I'm yet to receive them. It's been three weeks and still no response from them. The sad thing is I already paid for the shoes. These guys are just rip offs!
