Joyce Koon Buick/GMC did a fantastic job as always with my sons suv when i brought it in for 4 new tires and a 4wheel alignment they did a excellent job and the vehicle was ready the time they promise and what really made my day was they had a special on tires but 2 and get 2 free.Come to Koons Buick/GMC when you need it done right the first time.

I’ve never purchased a GMC vehicle prior to September 3, 2024. I had many questions and some anxiety when I arrived at Joyce Koons GMC in Manassas. Immediately upon my arrival, I was greeted by Senal Mul Kapuge who almost instantly made me feel like a long time valued customer. Sanul’s in-depth knowledge of the GMC Sierra 1500 Denali quickly dismissed my anxiety and satisfied my questions. Sanul’s professionalism coupled with his attention to detail made this purchase the smoothest of any over my last 40 years of purchasing vehicles! I love my new 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali! The only negative aspect of the whole buying experience of purchasing two new vehicles on the same day was the fact the 2022 Buick Envision my Wife bought was represented at the time of sale as an AWD. The vehicle is actually FWD only. It is certainly not a deal breaker, but a deeper knowledge of the features of vehicles for sale by the staff would be appreciated. I really do think the sales people thought the car was AWD, and it was not intentional. The rest of the buying process was perfect, efficient, and very professional....

I brought my vehicle ? there for a oil change and everything went well and they honored my coupon. The small issue that I didn’t complain about was the vehicle had oil fingerprints on my hood and car door from the mechanic . I don’t like that but didn’t wanna make a big deal out of it

Good and friendly dealership. Jeff Miller is the best Service Associate. Yesterday I was charged a 3% credit card fee. I wish that I was informed about it in advance. It is a change to the normal practices at this dealership. Otherwise I am happy with the care provided to my GM vehicle.
