My husband and I went to the dealership knowing what we wanted. We were greeted at the front door by salesman Girma. We explained what we were looking for and he checked his inventory and took us out back to show us the 3 choices that fit what we were looking for. He was friendly and easy to work with. We didn't need to go back and forth a bunch of times trying to get the best fair price. It was definitely not high-pressured sales, and we never felt pushed. I would shop here again if ever in the market for another new Honda. We purchased a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring edition and love it.

Recently I bought a new CR-V from Joyce Koons Honda, and when I realized how much interests I would be paying, I decided to cancel all the plans I signed for. It's been almost 3months, and still the price hasn't been adjusted, due to this stupid finance Rep by the name of Robert Coley, he's a nasty creature, stay away from him , he will get you in signing for stuff you don't need, and get you stuck in paying for what you signed for ever, and even when you cancel your plan , he won't act fast , so you keep paying for interests

I always bring my car here for regular maintenance (2021 Honda HR-V). I’ve had a great experience each time! The advisors are always so warm and listen if there’s any concerns or issues with my car. I like how they send a text when your car is checked in and send any updates on your car. They send reports of any other maintenance required, but you’re able to defer it to another time, which is great! I suggest making appointments so you’re not there for too, too long. They have a waiting area and have a McDonald’s next door.

Joyce Coons advertised a car on the Internet that cought my interest. I live in Richmond, VA, about two hours drive away from this dealership. I called to make sure the car is available still and I also get some info about the car. Mr. Diego answered all questions, sent me the Carfax report by E-mail and made an appointment for the next day. As my wife and arrived Mr. Jeremy Cobos expected us, excused Mr. Diego and worked with us. It was a pleasant interaction with negotiations that resulted in a deal that left both sides happy. The entire process with trade in and taking ownership of the new car took not longer that 2.5 hours. I was helped to transfer things from my old car to the new car. Over all, I was very pleased with all aspects of this deal.
