They deserve five stars. There is more breakfast chose. their rooms like a 5 star hotel. Unbelievable it is so cheap also
Rooms: There is pull of sofa with queen sleeper and king size bed and chair ottoman and so many lambs coffee table 2 tv bathroom was comfortable. Maybe my room is like that but generally hotel clean and nice

Place was not clean. They moved us from to three different rooms. The door didn't work on one and the heat wasn't working on another. The place didn't look clean and the bathroom was filthy. It was too much fmto argue it with them because of how tired we were.

Easy access from interstate. Clean, quiet room, comfortable king bed. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast in nice dining area. Suggest providing shelving or small table in tiny bathroom area to accomodate overnight case.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Loved it! The breakfast was great - eggs, sausage, plenty of variety. The room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Everything worked - fridge, TV. No problems. Also, very convenient location. Most important, I felt safe.

Rudest service. Ladies at checkin never made eye contact, curt, rude and overcharged us but refuses to do anything about it. Management uncooperative, snide, and unpleasant.
Left us on hold 15 mins.
Elevator creaky and old. Not comfortable feeling.
Room dirty and old, lots of paint chips on bathroom door. Shower curtain disconnected from the rod making the room flood when you take a shower!
Don’t bother with this hotel, spend an extra 15 dollars to stay somewhere normal. Lots of great options nearby.
Also it’s 15 mins by car to Downtown Manassas.

Stay here for a couple of weeks.They have hot breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage hard boiled eggs, Pastries bagels english Muffins, toast, Waffles, Fruits , cereal, Yogurt, Milk coffee and juices. Hailey and Serenity are Amazing at what they do and housekeeping is great. They are pet friendly.
ROOMS CLEAN, BEDS COMFORTABLE, NO BUGS!

The rooms seriously need more than just some freshening up in this place! They down right need to be cleaned! Chipped paint on the bathroom door, rust marks on the walls, a broken window that wouldn’t lock on the first floor, missing bulbs in the light fixtures. The worst however was the chipped and cracked toilet seat. I mean at the very least replace the broken toilet seat! Fine for a few hours of sleep while driving through, although the pullout sofa did not provide a comfortable rest. I wouldn’t recommend it or stay again. Oh there was also a roach running around on the floor when we woke up in the morning!
Rooms: They really need to renovate or just plain deep clean everything in their rooms!
Safety: Ground level window in room didn’t lock! Also the flip over latch in the room to stop the door from opening was extremely loose.
Noteworthy details: Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent and free.

We had a friend in our group get turned away because his room hadn't been cleaned before check in, and there was no cleaning staff there to clean it for him. The room was so dirty that the front desk staff said they would not let him stay there, so he had to leave and find accommodations elsewhere once he was given a refund.
For our room, the bedsheets did not seem entirely clean even though the bed was made. Not sure if this was due to them not being cleaned, or just being old sheets that need to be replaced due to overuse.

Smells weird in the room, dead cockroaches found in room, front desk takes for ever. Only thing decent is water pressure.

Avoid this place at any cost.
This place and staff is unbelievably horrible . I have never posted a review on a hotel stay . But the lady staff who checked me in needs a review so that she can be evaluated for her performance . My stay was sept 16 night, checked in around 10:40 , she didn’t talk or explain instead throw the room card at me and said good night . I walked around to find the elevator , came back and asked , her answer , “straight left “ . Didn’t even say which floor my room , no greeting , no breakfast details . Nothing , she was on the phone and asked me to stay in the beginning . This arrogant unpleasant lady should find a new job if she does not like this job.
Room , filthy , bedsheets dirty , bathroom was ok compared to all this . Come on guys , for 90 dollar ,stay , at least wash the blankets and pillow covers . This is unfortunate .

This hotel was the most disgusting hotel I have ever walked into. The rooms are so dirty. Paint chipping off the doors and walls. I was so uncomfortable we had to leave. Gross.

Truly an appalling experience. The type of room we had requested AND rec"d confirmation did NOT exist.
The room we were finally given literally had ALL the appliances pulled out/removed; there was literally no light/no bulbs in the only light in bedroom; furniture, curtains, lamp shade all ripped and yellowed.
Front office staff were rude and difficult.
Worst hotel experience..especially for the price.

Food and drinks: They were out of bottled water. No snacks either.
