Nice and clean. There are lots of machines. 24 hours is great. I wish the machines accepted credit cards, but I understand this is an expensive proposition for a small business in this economy. The bill exchanger was nice, in lieu of credit card processing. Felt safe in the area too. The attendant was also extremely helpful, patient, and friendly.

The worker came up to me and grabbed my food and I became upset and after I realized he works here I tried to apologize but him and the mother were very rude and disrespectful saying slurs to me in Pakistan language.

Glad they are open 24hrs. Went there at 1 am and it was better than I expected. Everybody was nice and there weren't any seedy people around. Was able to get my clothes cleaned and carry on about my business. Would recommend.

Bad laundry machines are always broken I put 35 minutes to dry my clothes and it didn’t dry it at all lot of people have told the workers and the owners and it seem they won’t do nothing about I suggest you save your money and time and go to a different laundry.

Thanks to God, then thanks to the Trustworthy Honest Noble man whose name is Mr. Sadeq who put my jacket away for me when I forgot it with my $862 in it, yesterday 10/12/2023 and today 10/13/2023, the owner Mr. Ali last night offered to check the camera and today when I went there today the owner’s Uncle Mr. Tarek asked me to call the police again because I reported it yesterday to make sure he gives the jacket back to right owner of the jacket. That is a blessing, praise be to Allah, I got all my money back not missing a dollar, Thank you may God provide you the best from all His bounty, and enter you all into Paradise. Ameen. I strongly recommend Liberia Laundromat on 8690 Liberia Ave, Manassas, VA 20110 to everyone, the best price, cleanest Laundromat, Honest and Trustworthy owner and employees.

I will never go to that place to wash again... All the machines are useless, we have to wait in line to dry, the owner says he is going to fix the machines and it is a lie. He never fixes them... The parts come on the way when he hasn't even ordered them. Terrible place, don't go, don't waste your time. I will come back until I have fixed them

They have been offering very bad service today, I have had many problems with the washing and drying machines, most of the dryers are not working, and I ask the man in charge for help and he comes out angry, I understand that he is a third-party person. age, but don't forget that you are a customer, I have been waiting for a long time for a machine to work, I put the money in the large washing machine and it didn't work, I asked the employees for help and they told me to call the boss, and when they do They are angry, I am waiting for a dryer because the ones that exist only work with cards, and it turns out that there is no signal for card payments, and coins cannot be inserted into most machines, very bad experience, and there was always a receipt good service, but I leave this laundry disappointed!!!

I am at this laundromat because my washing machine broke down. The dryers and washing machines are mostly broken. They all have signs on them. I don't think there is even half of the dryers are working. Very disappointing. I may be using just for a few weeks until my washer is fixed, but most people rely on this and it's unacceptable.
