We used LMC cleaning for years while living in our house in Bristow. I absolutely loved this company. Lisa Calix and her staff were the consummate professionals. Nothing was ever broken, missing, or left undone. The house was consistently spotless when the team was done. Luz was our usual lead cleaner and she and her staff were always on time, friendly and utterly professional in their work. There were always two dogs in our house and the dogs' routines were never, ever disrupted and all excess dog fur was always gone when the team left the house. We recently moved to Charlottesville and if I could have moved Lisa, Luz, and the rest of the LMC team to Charlottesville I would have. I can't imagine ever finding a cleaning service this good again (and I've had a few). If you are looking for the best cleaning service in the area, do not hesitate to contact LIsa Calix at LMC. You will not be disappointed!

I have been using LMC Cleaning Services for more than 5 years for biweekly cleanings. The staff are friendly, reliable and respectful. Without these wonderful ladies, it would take me much longer to clean the bathrooms, do all the dusting, remove all the trash and vacuum and mop all the floors. They have a cleaning process that is efficient and use child/pet-safe cleaning products. The best part is seeing my kitchen counters and stove top sparkling after they’ve finished. I appreciate the flexibility for scheduling cleanings or adding on a room or two once in a while. Their pricing is fair and competitive. I would 5 out of 5 recommend them!

My last housekeeper had a health issue about a month ago. I’ve also not been home a lot this month and I’m the one that usually does the cleaning. We had company coming 2 days after me being gone for 10 days and I just didn’t have time to clean it the way I needed to. LMC was able to come out within 24 hours of me calling them to do a deep clean. They were very friendly and went over and beyond what was needed. I highly recommend.Service: Deep clean

We have been with LMC for many years, and recently took a six month break from a cleaning service to do it ourselves. We retained the company to come back, and it's as though they had never been away. The company did its usual outstanding job. Our home was spic and span, with a clean smell throughout. It is so very nice to come home to a clean home. We found, after a practical experiment, that LMC is worth every penny.

LMC cleaning does an amazing job!! Lisa goes above and beyond when it come to customer service. My wife is currently at home under Hospice care. Lisa teams have been so understanding and make it point to make sure the house is cleaned from top to bottom. They also have been very considerate to my wife's condition. I would definitely recommend LMC cleaning service. LMC pays attention to the smallest detail and her teams are very respectful.

The owner of this Cleaning Service LMC is a great owner. She is a small business owner dealing with all the issues of small business owners right now. We have relied on her to do what is best for her business and we do not make demands. She is always reasonable in making changes in times, and explains why changes are necessary. The recent economic challenges have forced her to make cutbacks due to staffing issues and high inflation. Apparently some people reviewing recently have taken issue with these economic necessities. The quality of her services has always been excellent. We were one of her first clients over 14 years ago and will continue to support this hard working small business owner.Services: Standard cleaning

No service for long term loyal customersWe have been a client for LMC cleaning for over 10 years.Maybe one of the original customers. Prior to going on a long vacation, we told Ms. Calix, the owner of LMC cleaning, of our vacation dates and the need for cleaning services to resume upon our return. At the last cleaning, LMC cleaning left a card that stated “Will contact @ next date.” When we returned, we sent an email for our next cleaning date; without hearing back from the company, we contacted the Ms. Calix again. Ms. Calix emailed us that she was short staffed, and she said she could offer us Saturday. So, we left out the cleaning products and the check for the next Saturday. No one showed up. We called and left a message. The answering phone stated if you want a cleaning, sign up on the website. This is ironic, considering that Ms. Calix had told us that LMC did not have any openings.Not hearing back from the phone call, I sent another email to which we received the response: “I will be in touch about a cleaning day and will let you know if I'm able to get you on the schedule.” Almost two weeks since I sent the email, I sent another email asking when they would provide us with a date. I also called. Instead of picking up the phone and talking with us as is the norm when we make phone calls to LMC Cleaning, Ms. Calix sent an email stating, as “as I told you before.” Yes, she told us that she would provide us with a cleaning date but didn’t. Now, she only offered to put us on a waiting list after two weeks in case someone cancels or she was trying to get us with another cleaning organization, but there were no openings.Fortunately, with a few easy phone calls we found multiple, other companies that had openings that are also bonded and insured, and we found one that charges less for cleaning and happy to take us as a client.We should have seen the warning signs. Being retired, we are taking more trips. We provided the dates to Ms. Calix on when we would not be home. She took us off the schedule and didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us.Maybe we did something wrong. Possibly, not paying LMC the current cleaning rates, even though Ms. Calix raised the rates for us, we understood and agreed to pay the higher rate. Even so, Ms. Calix reminded us that we were paying less than other clients. Possibly, that our Christmas bonus was not enough, or we did not give enough items to her employees, or the candy and other treats my wife left for the cleaning staff.I am not sure why LMC cleaning treats long-term customers in this manner. I suspect that despite our long-term customer relationship, she is making her decisions solely on business. From what I have heard, Ms. Calix was expanding her business and opened an office. If this is the case, she could not provide the service to long-term, reliable clientsYou decide if you want to use this service. I have had an excellent experience with this cleaning service, and I plan to continue to use them for years to come. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It's hard to find someone who is reliable, and someone who does a good job every single time. Lisa is the best, and all her cleaning ladies rock. Highly recommend!!!
