worst store to shop in. returns are so hard. make you wait for a long long time. the ladies just gossip. no one helps. BAD store. GO TO HOME DEPOT instead. you will be happy there.

Terrible attitudes and customer service is literally not available. The one guy I was able to get to pay attention to me asking for help was zero help and rude. It's almost impossible to figure out how to leave this store. EVERYTHING SAYS EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY.

Designated parking for Vets. 10% off everything in store for Vets, unlike Home Depot which has 10% most, but not all items. Cashier was extremely cool. Worth going the extra mile or two.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Lowe’s for quite some time, and I can’t say enough about the consistently excellent customer service I’ve received. Bought product online. Got email saying order ready to pick up. Waiting for product and still waiting for 45 minutes. Representative says someone else picked up. The funny part is literally 6 employees looking at same thing and can't still figure out what is going on. Online order supposed to be simple. Something is wrong with the system or management. Asked for store manager. One lady came and try to help but still she is not ready to acknowledge and come and talk to us regarding. I would have give 0 star for review if that was an option. Worst and ridiculous service ever.

I absolutely love this store.. The staff is extremely friendly and professional.. The store is always well stocked with merchandise, and it really clean ..The restrooms are always clean..

All I can say is DO NOT go to Jenn or Shannon from appliances unless you want to be chasing your tail about appliance measurement vs ordering. They made us get a measurement without checking if the model we want is in stock (even though their website says it is), and then told us the measurements don’t fit but it was a lie. We called the company who did our measurement who confirmed the product fits. They are not diligent in their research and seems like they falsify for a sale. Bogus.

Ordered a washer and dryer and was told it would be there the next day and then got a call it wouldn't be here for a week. Called a week later, after 25 minutes on hold I went to the store and still no one knew what was going on. The staff is very very nice but have no idea what's going on. I just canceled the order. The girl who helped cancel was extremely nice but overall just a terrible experience

Fantastic!! Lowes is literally my favorite store on earth!! I accidently cut my electric cord yesterday while trimming my hedges. I ran there to grab a new one ( the guy who helped Mr was knowledgeable and super friendly) I later stumbled across hydrangeas on sale!! Omg! I went home and planted them immediately!! Thank you Lowes! I'll be back soon to but supplies to finish building my pallet deck!!

Went in again this morning, 5/22/2023 and not one single cashier working. Only self checkout AGAIN! I set everything down and WALKED OUT! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN! The post following was a post I left months ago and NOTHING has changed. Went in this morning and not one single cashier was working and the only lines that were open were the self checkout. Not only that there must be 20 plus reserved parking spaces in their parking lot. Ridiculous. You can't even park close to the store.

This Associate at the customer serviceAnswered our call after waiting for 10 minutes of non stop ringing. After that not even a “hello” just putting the phone ☎️ on the side and we could hear all the conversations at the background, so we just waited for anyone to answer, but after 15 mins of waiting she just put the phone down without even talking to us. We called again after 5 minutes she answered, we tried to ask if they carry a battery ? for an electric mower, I was driving while talking to her on speaker with my Mom, she just told me to go to the website, so I asked her is any else who can help us like the manager?! Maybe ? she just told me the Manager is not available. Lowe’s management please look into this employee her name is Alice and she’s not being helpful or even nice to customers she could use additional training for Customer Service ethics and how to do her job better. We are still here lines are long and no one is still helping us it’s been 50 minutes of waiting. Still we where not helped. Mr Luis came, finally assisted us after more than an hour of waiting.And as you can see the Manager Mr Tony is just right there.

I kept pressing the help button in the paint section for 20 min but no help came. I went up to customer service and was told someone was on break and they don't know when that person will be back. I was told I could leave if I wanted to so that's what I did. I left and went to Home Depot across the street.If you only have one person working for a section at least post a sign.

Store is trying to rip off customers on transponder. Key is costing $75 when it cost $12 blank and refuses to write non-purchase from the store. I will gladly give my business to different store that doesn’t rip clients off.

Our delivery of a washer/dryer from this store was completely inadequate. First, the delivery was running late. Then after 5pm (more than an hour outside of the delivery window) I received a text that the driver was at my door. The problem is that, in fact, no one was at my door.After calling 3 different numbers at Lowe’s for more than an hour to talk to a person, I was told that their system showed that no one was home for the delivery which, I can affirm is, is completely untrue. My husband and I took leave to be home all day and a delivery truck never arrived at our house when we received that text or at any other time during the day. My best guess is that the driver went to the wrong house since there are several houses in nearby streets that have the same house number as mine. We never received a phone call from the driver and we had no means of communicating with the driver ourselves since the text we received is automated.What’s worse is that the person at the store said they had no way of getting in touch with the delivery driver. (Can you believe that?!!) They said all they could do was elevate it to a case manager and they will get back to me within 24 hours. They did offer a number for the delivery company’s dispatch office which we called and they were unable to help.Based on my experience I cannot recommend buying appliances from Lowe’s. I did not like being passed around to various phone numbers and companies and I found the lack of real-time truck tracking and the inability to get in touch with the driver to be completely inadequate.

I went to purchase a window shade. I stood and waited , and waited and the woman who should have helped me just kept talking and talking and made no attempt to help me. She showed no interest in helping. I left and drove right to Home Depot a mile away and was out of the store in less time than I waited at Lowes. I don't recommend this Lowes and have no intention of returning
